Oak Grove Lake Park

It was such a beautiful spot to relax and watch the sunset. It was so peaceful and quiet and there are spots to hang a hammock on the trees.

The Canadian geese are also much nicer here than they are in Michigan. I was surprised I could watch the beauty of nature from mere feet away without being viciously attacked.

10/10 recommend if you are looking for a beautiful place to chill!

This park is awesome. The lake is beautiful and quiet. It is an easy walk around the lake - maybe 3/4 mile. My dog LOVES it here! She put her little paws in the water then plopped down today!! That made her so happy - she got the zoomies!

Great little walking park. Easy to park your car and walk the street/trail around the nice serene lake. Not sure the distance but it was easy to put in some miles while getting to experience the outdoors.

Simple way to have fun! Feed the ducks and geese, go for a walk around the lake, chill out on a bench or swing. Plus there's two geocaches hidden! The geese are not super mean either!

Nice quiet place with a few benches and a swing. Good for a short walk (around 0.8 miles around the lake), although there isn't a designated pavement for walking. Spot available for fishing, and some friendly wildlife.

Nice pond with walk around trail and picnic tables. The large swing is very relaxing. Trash receptacles are available please respect this nice area. The Koi fish are beautiful.

Beautiful area to fish. Is shallow near the bank so good for small children! Caught a new bass there even in the heat! Try a drop shot!

Great place for a run! Amazing lake view, 10/10 would recommend for a nice day out or a sunset.

Beautiful place to walk your dog and watch all the wildlife, other visitors, gorgeous lake, etc. I remember my best friend, Cindy, who introduced me to this park. She's no longer with us; however, walking around this beautiful lake with my dog was a great way for me to reminisce and let her know I still think of her and miss her so ❤!

This is a great little lake park for walking or running. It's a little under 1 mile around I believe. A few laps should give you a good workout and the scenery helps pass the time.

Randomly found this place when I went on a drive. This place is awesome. It is super quiet and has a great view. If you have a boat you can take a boat out on it. It is pretty big there is seating all around. The best spot is the seating under the trees on the opposite side. Love this place.

My favorite lake. I have enjoyed walking around the lake for seven years. A place where I can collect my thoughts and pray. Beautiful scenery. Enjoy watching the ducks. A great place to picnic, fish, and canoeing. Neighbors are friendly. Also a great place to take photos and to have a small wedding ceremony.

Simple but beautiful. And very peaceful

This is a real asset to the community. I truly enjoyed the biking and walking path around the small lake. I actually sat down at one of the picnic tables and enjoyed my lunch with a client. The calm and tranquill atmosphere provided an excellent opportunity to make some positive inroads and gain some great insights from my clients. I will definitely go back and enjoy this by myself as well as utilize it as a cool place to get some work in with some of my clients.

Went there to fish and I ended up putting my fishing rod up and doing so deep breathing exercises and grounding this place is so peaceful I love it
