Doctors Care - Mauldin

Process was very easy to check in online and then wait at home until it was almost my turn. Received text reminder 30 minutes before my appointment. Once I arrived, everyone was extremely friendly! I had a much more positive experience here compared to other urgent care facilities I’ve been to in the past. Highly recommend!

Excellent. The staff were all excellent. Special thanks Ms to Hailey who stayed past her time to get off to do xray for my broken arm. Dr. Princell was excellent and Ashely and Jasmine were both very nice and helpful.

Amazing staff and absolutely amazing doctors! We have been to the East Butler location 4 or 5 times for everything from a minor emergency to illnesses to sports physicals, everytime has been positive. The woman checking us in is always friendly, the staff in the back and doctors are knowledgeable and caring. I have taken 2 of my 3 kids here, the doctors always listen and speak to my teenagers in a way they can understand.
Outside of the great medical care is the fact that the waiting area and exam rooms are always clean, thats a huge plus!!

Staff very friendly and efficient. Took good care of my 92- year old friend. We will be back if we need urgent care in the future.

I received excellent care from the moment I entered the door of the Berea location. The receptionist was very kind. Then I was greeted by an amazing nurse Mrs.Ulandia Smiley. She insured I was comfortable and had great treatment. She was very thorough with her questioning and testing to prepare me for the doctor. The doctor Josh was very kind as well. He reviewed my chart as well as listed to my concerns. He included me in making the best decision for me and my body. I’m grateful for this amazing experience in such a difficult time in my life! They allowed me to be able to take time to care for myself without the additional stress of doing so.

Everyone was very nice. Wait time was long, but there were a ton of sick people. I have no complaints

I wish I could put into words how well cared for my three year old son was for an ear infection on 7/24/23. He had started complaining of an earache that night and we were flying to Milwaukee the very next morning! I had to act fast and Doctors Care Mauldin was my first choice. We scooted in minutes before closing and were treated with such unexpected kindness.

Ms Roberta efficiently checked us in and fast-tracked us to the doctor! The nurse greeted us with a smile and weighed my son. Dr. Princell examined my little guy with compassion and authority. We were in and out in 25 minutes flat with a prescription ordered.

I have tears in my eyes as I recount the way this team jumped in, at great inconvenience to themselves, to make sure my son was treated. Thank you so very much. I have already told friends and my whole family about you and will remember your kindness for a very long time.

Josh Formaneck PA was great and was very good to deal with, as were Tracey, Tiffany and MyKayla. They were all so great to have as caregivers.

I was so pleased with my visit! Everyone went above and beyond to make my experience great! I went in for an x-ray on my hand and they were so kind and helped me fill out my forms. I wish I had gotten her name. Anna was so sweet as well and took great care of me. Josh also showed great care. I cannot say enough positive things about this establishment and the entire staff.

Was in and out in less than an hour. All the staff was great. Very happy people with contagious attitudes 🥰 thankful for them when I need them!

I took my elderly and very ill mom to this facility yesterday for the first time. We received wonderful service. The doctor was kind and listened patiently. But by far the most amazing part of this visit was the lady at the front desk. No one wants to have to go to the doctor, but as it is necessary, it was so nice to be greeted and treated compassionately. At least 4 others came in while we waited and she was JUST as kind to them and extremely helpful! She even wished patients well as they exited the facility. I hope she knows what a difference she makes!

Took my husband on a Sunday he tested positive for flu had to goback by on Tuesday I tested positive saw two different doctors was pleased with both

Everyone was incredibly helpful and super nice. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Great staff , experience like no other. Would recommend this urgent care to anyone ….good n kind workers are sometimes hard to come by. But this group definitely had it all. Wanting to thank all that had helped Tracey , Josh , Anna, Tiffany.

I had a fall injury and the Doctor was quick to make sure I got the care that I desperately needed. He had X-Rays done read them and checke the severity of my injuries.

Fantastic staff. From the receptionist/secretary to the entire medical staff, I experienced total professionalism, kindness and caring. Doctors Care in Mauldin should treat this staff like Gold as they are a BIG asset to their company and to the area. Thank you all for all you do for the patients you treat!
