Had such a wonderful experience. Brooke was absolutely amazing. Definitely would recommend getting a facial with her. She was so so kind and so knowledgeable. You can tell she really cares about her clients. The massage and lunch were just as good. Definitely going back. Already bought a gift card for my niece so she can experience such a wonderful spa!

Did the Table for 2 and it was amazing! Massages followed by time in the hydrotherapy tub. Then champagne and strawberries. The staff was fabulous and we loved every minute. They took great care of us and I would give 10 stars if I could! If you are in Greenville and looking for an amazing experience, definitely try this!

I was greeted and welcomed immediately when entering. I had a signature facial with Sharon. Absolutely delightful lady and very experienced. My skin felt so soft and clean, and I ended up purchasing a facial oil she used because I loved it so much. Beautiful space, very clean locker room, and I enjoyed my cranberry infused water. I'd highly recommend this spa and will come back.

Daughter got me a gift certificate for Christmas. I was pleased to park beside the building and not in public parking. As I walked in I felt welcoming. They offered something drink. Went back as soon as I filled out paperwork. Chelsea was wonderful. I would recommend this place to everyone.

They have moved from the Judson mill location to 201 East North St. Get a great couples massage or single, pedicure, manicure and sauna spend a relaxing afternoon with a glass of champagne with a warm bathrobe or even after work. Handicap accessible entrance and parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Open 9a to 7p Mon thru Sat.💅🥂

Holly was great with the hot stones and a heating pad during the massage. I really felt relaxed and taken care of.

What an Amazing experience!

Clear directions texted the day before so that we could navigate our way to the temporary location. Welcomed by name into a softly lit open space and promptly given our choice of beverage (I chose Champagne 😃).

The massage room was so peaceful and the full body message by Holly was phenomenal! She applied just the right amount of pressure to help this mom finally get a chance to relax! I didn’t want it to end!

This spa is great, it's organized, it's cleaned, friendly people, and professionals. I went with my husband, in the same room, and it was amazing. The relaxing music and the environment are so good.

Body polish and facial on my first visit here. It was a great spa visit. Staff was wonderful, and the accommodations were great. They supplied everything needed down to the shampoo, conditioner, and spray deodorant if you forget and want to shower!

FIVE Stars! This massage was absolutely amazing. They use Hot Stones. They are included with the massage (not extra) so that makes it even better! Clarissa was my therapist and probably the best I have ever had. I have had massages at the Omni Grove Park, but River Falls TOPS them 100%! Yes, they are in transition to a new place but that does not bother me at all. The quality of the massage is what counts and it was absolutely AMAZING. They offer you a nice drink when you come in, (wine, champagne, water,, etc) -makes you feel special and relaxed. I will be back very soon!

We had a great “spa morning” for my girlfriend’s birthday. We both received a signature massage and agreed they were incredible! I had Leah and she had Cheryl! The massage was so relaxing, it incorporated hot stones and deep tissue.
The customer service was over the top from booking to walking out the door. As a local business owner, this is what makes or breaks any experience for me…and it sold this experience 100%. (The massage was great, too!)

Yes, the spa is in a temporary location but it’s a nice, trendy location. This is listed on the site and I was informed before booking. My massage was still relaxing, private and quiet. You have zero doubt you are entering a spa when you open their door.

Amazing experience today !! This was my first visit to this spa. I was greeted with smiles by both Hannah and Katherine as soon as I entered. They were professional, kind, and I enjoyed talking to them while waiting for my spa treatment. My massage therapist was Holly, and I knew instantly I would feel comfortable with her. I have arthritis, and was in more pain than usual this morning, and feeling a little anxious. After asking a few questions, she patiently listened to my concerns, and what areas needed the most attention. I have had massages for over 20 years, this was by far the best, most therapeutic massage I’ve ever had. I was totally relaxed, and had no pain. Afterwards, I enjoyed a delicious Mimosa, and water in the quiet seating area. I’ll be scheduling another massage,as well as a facial in the near future. Let me end by saying something to all future patrons to this spa. Their new facility is being worked on , and will be beautiful , with great amenities. In the meantime, let’s all enjoy this temporary, but beautiful space. Kathy Allen

My sister treated me to a facial at River Falls Spa and it was fabulous! My esthetician Brooke was super professional--she talked about my skin in a way that didn't feel judgmental, while giving me some good advice on how to better care for it. It was so relaxing, felt amazing, and my face was literally GLOWING after the treatment. Will be coming back for sure!

River Falls Spa is truly a wonderful treasure in Greenville. I have been going to the downtown location of the spa for years and just had my first visit in the temporary space at Judson Mill. I knew it would be fabulous because the owner has impeccable taste and is committed to a relaxing and inviting experience - I was not disappointed. There is tons of parking and access to the spa is easy and straight down the entrance hall. The signs for the Spa are everywhere and easy to follow. The building is large and industrial in feel so you wonder as you near the Spa entrance what the feel of the spa will be like. Once you walk in, the soothing lighting and music immediately set the mood for a quiet, time out moment, which I am always looking for these days. It is a complete 180 from the building it is housed in and I loved it. I was quickly checked in and taken to my treatment room to change and settle in which was convenient and negated the need to change into a robe. My facial was amazing - Sharon is always awesome. The treatment room was spacious, quiet, and completely fabulous. Given how fabulous the temporary space is, I absolutely cannot wait to see the new space upon completion. Kudos to Lauren and the whole team for making such a wonderful and relaxing space for their customers during this transition. I am looking forward to returning!

My husband surprised me with a gift certificate a while back and I was finally ready to cash it in. However after reading the reviews of River Falls - I was nervous. It’s hit or miss how you are treated downtown.
From the time I walked in to the time I left I enjoyed every second. The check in procedure was seamless, I was early (because unsure of parking) so I was able to relax with a mimosa before my 90 minute massage with Cheryl.
Cheryl was amazing! I cannot wait until I can schedule another one! I was able to enjoy the steam room before showering and heading back to reality.
There was a minor issue with my gift card which the receptionist handled beautifully.
I’m not one to always write reviews but the reviews on google did not represent my experience.
Thank you to everyone at River Falls Spa - I throughly enjoyed my “mother’s morning out.”

We visited the spa recently on a girls weekend. I found this spot to be charming with a staff that was super friendly, warm and inviting. We had a wonderful warm greeting when we arrived. And even though we were a few minutes late we did not feel rushed. Claire and the entire staff provided exceptional service before, during and after our treatments. Though the spa does not have much of a relaxation room they made an area for us to enjoy some bubbly and conversation after our services. What a charming spa. I look forward to visiting again soon!
