Went for my passport, everyone there was very helpful it was a pleasant experience

Not very nice or helpful on the phone. Did provide another number to call for my particular issue, but it was not a pleasant process.

Im not sure who answered the phone but it was a young lady with a huge attitude. Called about grass clippings in the road on the roundabout connecting conestee rd road and fork shoals rd and wanted advice on who to call, lady wanted me to give her my PERSONAL address to “determine if it’s a county or state rd” understandable if i lived off the road. After saying im not comfortable giving my personal address to make a complaint that has nothing to do with my property or road i live off of she scoffed and hung up on me. For a concerned citizen trying to prevent an accident with a motorcyclist or worse, seems like this employee does not serve or care about her job or even the people here. Thank you to Olivia from the Maintenance company for the road for helping me out and putting my concern through the contractor. And shame on the woman who took my call originally.

You would think as much tax money they receive from property tax the roads would be smooth. Pot hole after Pot hole, now I have been forced to purchase new rims and tires. Makes no sense. Stop hiring people that have no training or skill on how to repair roads. Is this how you misuse our tax money?

I called last month about my broken down curb, was told a work order was submitted but every time I call them they either don't answer or leave messages they never return.
