Easy access and return from I75.

Parking spaces are very limited and have to be impacting dine-in customers. The parking lot was full, but no one was ordering. The photos are from 12:30 on Wednesday.

Service and food were great.

This "fast food" restaurant deserves a higher rating, but we're limited to only 5 stars.

We were served promptly and our order was correct. All employees were smiling, friendly, and appeared to be very happy to be working at this restaurant.

I've only eaten at two Chick-fil-A restaurants located in separate states before. One was in Florida, and the other here in Cleveland, TN. Both offered excellent service and great food.

This restaurant has a small room set aside just for children. I wish that I was young enough and small enough to fit in the interesting slide that's available in this cute play room!

We ordered the cob salad and drinks. This salad was large enough to take half home for another filing meal.

I'm going to recommend my Grand-Daughter and family take my Great-Grands to this location to enjoy a wonderful dining experience.

This Chick-fil-A is located in Cleveland, TN right off I-75. There are numerous restaurants located nearby. Skip them all and eat at Chick-fil-A.

I got in the drive thru line and realized I did not have my card with me. I told my cashier, Brennin, that I would not be able to order and apologized. He still took my order, covered the cost, and waved me through. I've always had a pleasant experience at this location, but this was above and beyond. The kindness was greatly appreciated!

It’s a place where the lemonade is as sweet as the staff, and the waffle fries are a golden-brown ticket to tastebud nirvana. So, if you’re craving a bite that’s quick, delicious, and served with a side of sunshine, flap on over to Chick-fil-A. Just remember to say please and thank you, because manners are always on the menu at this happy chicken haven!

There was a mixup on my order. Who would think that 2 catered orders were both "Karen"?
The manager personally helped me & went beyond in customer service. Very satisfied.

The service was amazing! I came with a charter bus of about 40 ppl and the staff had all of the food hot and ready for all of us. They also had the drinks ready and brought every thing out in a timely manner. They went above and beyond by coming from behind the counter and offering free refills to the entire group! This is by far the best customer engagement I've ever witnessed.

I would have given all 5s but I ordered Xtra nuggets for my Cobb salad and I don't believe I got them-very few in my salad. Everything else was excellent.

Showed up 5 minutes before closing, apologized profusely. They kept reassuring it wasn't a problem. Looked inside, everyone was hard at work. Great choice for an after work dinner.

Always a 5 star experience! All other fast food joints should take notes.
