I usually rate places based on the people way more than the product because the product can be bought online of course. This place has the nicest people who will help you get what you need. I was worried about the sizing of a sneaker I had purchased online, and they were able to size me right, make the right recommendation, and explain exactly why the sizing they recommended was ideal. Amazing experience and I definitely will be coming back!

Great, friendly, and fast service! By fast I mean I called at 5:35pm to get some last minute wedding shoes for my husband. He had forgotten his and the wedding ceremony we were going to started at 6:00pm. We took a quick Uber over with my husband in his suit and socks. The shoes we're ready and laced up and waiting for me. I jumped back in the Uber and we went straight to the ceremony and made it with time to spare. Thanks so much Allen Edmonds!!! You're the best and my husband will definitely enjoy the shoes for many more special occasions.

It's so nice to finally have an Allen Edmonds store in town. No more trips out to the burbs to get great, affordable, American made (right next door Port Washington!) shoes. I was having trouble deciding what I wanted and Kyla was just fantastic. She helped me try on nine pairs of shoes and was super friendly the whole time. In the end we decided to do a custom order and she made that process a breeze. I cannot recommend AE enough!

Very nice store in a very nice location. The woman who initially helped me was very nice and kind and you could tell she was new but was doing her best which I appreciated. The manager came over and ruined the sale. He was extremely rude and self centered. Apparently he knows how my foot feels in a shoe better than I do. I'm hoping his "high end' wedding dress designs takes off because his condescending attitude doesn't work well in sales. Hopefully, the nice women working there gets trained properly or leaves for a better situation.
