I had a prenatal massage here today, and it was one of the best massages I've ever had, prenatal or otherwise. The location is easy to get in and out of, the staff is very friendly and professional, the quality of service is outstanding. I am definitely going back after my baby is born to check out other services. Definitely recommend!

I’ve been here several times and have always had a great experience. I love the lounge they have you wait in— much better than other places that make you just wait in the lobby. I want to give a huge shoutout to Brenda! She did my most recent massage, and it was amazing! She was so very kind and went above and beyond for me. I will definitely be back again to see Brenda!

I had a 60 min massage with Chris today and it was absolutely amazing. He was so kind and professional and did an incredible job throughout. The location is beautiful and clean. Highly recommend!

Got my second massage ever in life here today. The staff was very nice and friendly. Dustin is an amazing masseuse. He’s very firm and really gives you a relaxing deep tension relief massage. I would recommend this place to others as I’ve already booked myself for my next massage. #metime#getmylife.

I had the best haircut experience of my life with Laura! Wish I would have met her sooner! My sister in law went for the first time a week prior to me & has thick hair as well & she did an excellent job on her so I knew I had to go next. I enjoyed thoroughly chatting with Laura, I felt at ease walking n from meeting reception to Laura. A very welcoming environment & an excellent stylist she knows what she’s doing! I will definitely be back!

Beautiful and immaculate spa, staff was friendly and accommodating. Massage therapist Sam was truly fabulous she communicated thoroughly throughout the massage used just the right amount of pressure which targeted my problem spots and left me feeling relaxed yet at the same time energized and invigorated. One of the best massages I’ve ever had. Highly recommend.

I see Garland at this Urban Nirvana location about every five weeks, and she is amazing to say the least. After the first time I met her for my appointment, she made me feel comfortable and was super easy to talk to and makes my whole experience there awesome and enjoyable. Her bubbly personality is great and she is very knowledgeable in her field. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know for any services.
I will be a loyal customer of hers for life!

I had a prenatal massage today with Alyssa, and it was WONDERFUL. She did wonderfully on my massage, and she was very kind. She checked in with me to make sure she wasn’t using too much/too little pressure, and she did a fantastic job making my back and neck feel better.
I’m about 38 and a half weeks pregnant, so I haven’t been able to lay comfortably on my stomach in months, but Urban Nirvana has special tables with a belly cut out for prenatal massages, so even when you’re 9 months pregnant and giant, you can still relax and get a great massage. I haven’t felt this relaxed in quite some time, and my back doesn’t ache at all.
My only complaints are that I didn’t book a longer massage or get one sooner! Everything related to my experience here was great. I definitely will come here for another massage in the future.
If you’re debating getting a massage here, just go ahead and book it; you won’t be disappointed.

I went for an 1 long massage by Christina. She is very professional and kind and was able to target the tension in my back. You can tell she is experienced. I highly recommend her and I’m sure other masseuses at this location are just as knowledgeable. Thank you I hope to return.

Staff was great. Clean locker area with access to a shower. Lounge area offered hot tea and cold lemon water.

Massage table had a warmer which helped my body to relax. I felt like I was in a cocoon. MT was perfect. He managed to work out some muscle kinks and put me to sleep.

Enjoyed the best massage by Kimberly! She was so in tune to my specific concerns and catered our time to focus on my tight spots. She even gave me some helpful tips to help my tightness at home! I made sure to get her name for future reference and hope to return soon! :)

wow! first time visiting Urban Nirvana and was blown away! staff was super friendly from the moment I walked in! i got the 60 minute anxiety relief massage with Emily and she did an amazing job! definitely feeling like a new person and i will most certainly be going back! highly recommend if you reside in the Greenville area or nearby!

I’ve been going here for a while maybe a couple years now and refuse to go anywhere else. Always request Garland! She’s wonderful at everything! Very attentive to detail. She takes her time and ensure you have the best experience with the best results. I’ve had waxing, facials, and tints. I love going here and unwinding from the week.
