I just purchased my second vehicle in two years from Palmetto Cars. The staff is friendly, honest and low-pressure. The pricing is reasonable—and Don makes sure any car on his lot is a car he’s be willing to drive himself. I would absolutely come back to them again.

Great people to work with! Good selection, good prices, very easy process to purchase a vehicle. These guys helped my son purchase his first vehicle and the experience was fantastic! We originally contacted the manager by phone, he remembered us from the call and was very welcoming. Even though we didn't care for the vehicle we originally came for, he let us look independently at the rest of the inventory. He put gas in the car, sent us to lunch, take our time and gave us a $10 gift card towards our lunch. We ended up buying the vehicle at a great price, he washed it off and put air in the tires. Great experience all around, I would totally recommend to all family and friends.

They made changes and fixed certain things on our Avalanche before we purchased it. They believe in treating the customer right and they have very good inventory. Great staff, no pushy sales men, very open, friendly and welcoming. Amazing, clean cars reasonably priced cars many great deals on the lot. No rust buckets it flat tires to be seen. I literally walked in very late, close to closing one day and drove off the next, the only hangups I had were self-induced. Great business, I will recommend them to anyone and everyone I know, go see Fred at palmetto cars!!!!!

VERY VETERAN FRIENDLY! I needed a reliable car for my daughter and found a Kia Soul on the lot. Tommy was the first person I spoke with and he treated me like we were old friends! When it came time to negotiate the price I received the same treatment from Don. He worked with me to give me an affordable price and when the time came to sit down and sign the paperwork I found it easy to speak with my fellow Veteran and he assured me that they stand behind their vehicles. I recently visited Palmetto Cars of Columbia and was treated very professionally. I was shown several cars and offered test drives in all of them. I believe the people there have the customer's best interest at heart. I recommend that if you are in the market for a used car or truck you go by and see Don or Tim, they were very helpful.

I just bought one of their pre owned vehicles and loved it! Robert was great help and was very respectful too and so was the manager. They let me test drive the vehicle and had it looking brand new. They get an A+ in my book!

Honest dealer. Very upfront about the vehicles problems and it was priced reasonably. It was a 07 Escalade for $10k. It was for my son and he loves it and it runs well. Would definitely recommend.
