I had to purchase a bigger vehicle, due to some unexpected family changes. I needed something, and I needed it yesterday. I wasn't looking forward to another cocky salesperson, trying to get me to buy something with an outlandish rate. I found a vehicle online that suited our needs, and decided, what the hay, I'll get "PRE APPROVED" (we know how that works). It wasn't long, as I expected, and I had a call. Chandler was on the other line, and told me I was approved, and even offered to have the vehicle delivered to our house from another lot, if needed.
