I can't explain how awesome rock n roll auto has been to us!!! They worked so very hard to help make our dream come true a d they did it! I really really can't say thank you enough to Feed and Cameron and his wife! And to think I almost didn't go to them cause of a review so I am here to say my truck we've had for over a month is running great and they worked so hard! Wish I could explain the gratitude! Like with any USED car place, you have to inspect the vehicle BEFORE you buy it. I have never looked at a car on a used car lot that did not have issues. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are not buying a lemon. My experience with my purchase here is that the staff are not mechanics. I found issues with the truck that they did not know about and after I proved it they lowered the price of the vehicle by $1200. These guys let me drive a 2011 King Ranch to Charleston for a week pending an inspection by a local Ford dealer. Once the inspection came back they agreed to lower the price. Simple, fair and honestly quite satisfying experience. $16,900 for a 2011 6.7 diesel King Ranch

I recently went to Rock and Roll auto sales but I wanna first off admit I was not approved for the vehicle I wanted. But I’m leaving my review of 5 stars because I was not approved by no fault of Rock and Roll auto, the salesman I had was Corey, and I have to say he went way above and beyond to try and get me approved however I just didn’t have any credit too be approved, not bad credit but no credit score at all!! The owner who’s name I don’t remember even dropped the price a thousand dollars to try and accommodate me. Long story short, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone, Corey is a great salesman and is openly and honest. If I could give him 20 stars I would!!

Had a great experience at Rock and Roll Auto sales. I needed a high top van for a service vehicle at New Media. Saw just what I wanted and got the right price. Pleased with the customer care and follow up. Will recommend them anytime.

The staff greet you before you get out of your car. The only thing that I didn't like about the visit was, they seem like they are trying to shove a vehicle down your throat!!!!!!! I looked inside of one of their SUV's, it looked nice inside and out, but, when I started it up, it seemed like it was going to shut off. I told the salesman about the issue and his response was, they haven't serviced the vehicle yet. So my question is; why is it on the row to be sold with a price on the windshield, if it hasn't been serviced yet???!!!!😶😶😶😶😶

Although I didn't purchase a car here, I feel compelled to write about an experience I recently had with the owner, Cameron Neal. I frequent another of Cameron's businesses pretty regularly and had a surprising and frustrating experience last week, resulting in damage to my property. After speaking with an employee who gave me Cameron's number, I reached out to Cameron directly. He invited me to discuss the issue with him in person at his dealership. As we reviewed the events and resulting damage, Cameron offered me his full and undivided attention. He then reached out to a personal contact of his to repair the damage at no cost to myself and followed up several times to ensure I was being taken care of. I have never written a review on Google, but in my judgment Cameron stepped up in a challenging situation and acted in good faith. I believe his actions speak to his character as a person and serve as a reflection of his business.

Go see these folks for a good used car. Speak directly to the owner or his wife - - they're good people. They will work with you to try and fulfill your automotive needs. There is approximately 50+ vehicles to choose from. :)
