I’ve been going to Flatrock Family Dentistry for 25 years now. I just had my 6 month cleaning and check up. I was greeted with smiles from the front office crew. As usual Rose did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. I appreciate her professionalism and attention to detail. Dr.Khan did my checkup exam and found a couple of things that need to be addressed. I always feel like I am in good hands there.

Everyone is so nice! They are extremely thorough in finding out what your needs and wants are. Tina took great care of me and made me feel at ease. I suffer from anxiety and this true helped me keep it under control. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentistry office in Greenville!

I've been going to this dentist since me and my mom moved here in 2020/2021-ish. I've always felt satisfied with how they take care of me and they are always welcoming and caring! The staff and dentists here are also so friendly so its always been a great experience for me😊

I love this place! All of the staff are kind, welcoming, and make you feel at ease. As someone who has a lot of anxiety about dental work these qualities are so important. Dr. Rouse is very knowledgeable and really takes the time to educate and inform his patients. Love it!

I was very pleased with the service today from start to finish! Everyone was extremely friendly and I had an overall excellent experience.
Lots of natural light and a welcoming atmosphere, the dentist was extremely knowledgeable and took his time with my exam unlike any other dentist I have ever been too, the front staff was welcoming and kind, the intake/radiologist nurse was so kind and welcoming and the hygienist was kind, gentle and very thorough with her cleaning!
I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone!!

I came to this practice 4 years ago. I had no knowledge of Dr. Rouse before I was referred and it felt strange to drive to Woodruff Rd. from downtown, but he and his staff have provided the absolute best care and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. The office staff are professional and friendly. Marina, my regular hygienist is wonderful. Dr. Rouse is a solid dentist - friendly but intensely thoughtful and he has been understanding of my particular, complicated dental history all along the way. He recently did some challenging cosmetic work on my teeth, and they turned out so well, that he now qualifies as an artist too.

As someone new to the area, I find this dentistry to be excellent. The staff here is wonderful and very friendly. They are always accommodating and willing to adjust to my schedule. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a dental clinic.

The doctors and staff are a joy to work with here. They are always very organized, detailed and focused on what they do. I have had extensive work done with new veneers and I'm thrilled on how they turned out. They've been a blessing to finally fix my teeth I've been dealing with for a long time.

Dr. Rouse & his staff is very friendly, knowledgeable & reasonable. I felt at home when I walked into the office. I highly recommend his practice for anyone looking for a good family dentist.

My family and I have been coming here for years, and I usually don’t like the dentist, but they’ve taken such good care of me all these years. The dentists are lovely, the entire staff always seems to make me smile and I actually look forward to come see them whenever I have an appointment. If they would let me add an extra star I would.

Great staff & comfortable atmosphere! They explain everything thoroughly while working on your teeth & make sure to check in on how you are feeling. Have not had a more enjoyable dental experience than this one! Shoutout to Sydney, Marina, Tina & Dr. Khan!

I was looking for a new dentist after issues with my previous one so googled dentists in my area and this place had good reviews. They got back to me really quickly and were able to get me in fast. Based on just my first consultation, I can tell that this office really cares about their patients and their health. They did a very thorough exam and were able to identify cavities and other issues with my mouth that no previous dentist identified. I was able to get all my appointments to fix cavities scheduled really quickly. Their office and staff are so nice and I’m glad I finally found a good dentist near me!

I have seen both of the doctors here, one of which has fitted me for complete dentures with bottom implants. The other did my surgery and sedation. I can't give this practice anything but 5 stars as they've taken my mouth which was full of dangerous, rotting pieces of teeth and created an entire new mouth full of teeth for me from scratch and within a period of about 6 months! Unfortunately, I did not have any dental insurance but their prices aren't unreasonable or any more than the estimate I got in Atlanta in 2018 to restore my entire mouth. In 2018 we weren't dealing with the inflation that we are today either so I'd say that the price was reasonable considering. The office is clean, sanitary, and nicely decorated with a relaxing waterfall in the reception area. The staff is kind and professional. The X-rays are done on a modern CT scan and the exam rooms are always completely disinfected. They have mounted TVs and scenic windows I. The exam rooms as well. I highly recommend Flatrock Family Dentistry, especially if you're a big baby like me and have anxiety issues as they are patient with those of us who panic and they have sedation options as well!

01/23/2024: I went back in to the office today for a fitting and , as usual, the care was amazing and filled with love and professionalism! This practice is a blessed one, for good reason. You'll be in very good hands with which ever dentist you see here. They are fair and honest, with top notch, high tech (top of the line) equipment. Both dentists are experienced and have been in the field for some time, yet they are both mature enough in their field to treat patients of any age. You can trust Flatrock Family Dentistry with your mouth, a very sensitive area to mess with in my own opinion- that's saying a whole lot!

I've been a patient at Flatrock Family Dentistry for many many years. I can't say enough good things about them. Dr. Rouse has done a fantastic job building a great team to take care of my family's needs. Beautiful office, great customer service from the front office and kind and caring hygienists.

Had a filling chip. They worked me in so fast ! I have dental anxiety, so I was worried about getting numb. Tina help my hand the whole time and Dr. khan made sure I was okay every single step of the way. I appreciate this office, they handled me with care ❤

Excellent!!! The hygienist was amazing to my 12 year old and me.The dentist made him laugh and feel comfortable. Pretty sure he appeases everyone according to age which is a big deal bc not everyone loves going to the dentist. The entire staff helped with things they could’ve easily told me to deal with on my own, while being very nice. The woman handling the insurance was as nice as good be about looking up info I should have had. All the staff had a part in helping bc we were new without required paper work. From past experiences and having a job in that field, I further appreciate their kindness and patience. Highly recommend.

The staff are very friendly here. The dentist explained why she was suggesting a certain treatment which in the past another dentist had suggested it but never explained it me.i thought they just wanted my money. lol! I should have had it done many years ago. I would recommend Flatrock family dentry to everyone !
