After the sale, I had multiple follow up calls, seeing that I was treated fairly. Any services that was missed or overlooked was taken careAfter the sale. I cannot say enough good things about this place! Every person I interacted with was kind, courteous, and just absolutely easy to work with. They made a stressful experience of car buying so easy and pain free. From the moment i walked on the lot and told Ashley Nelson kind of what i was looking for and the budget i had she brought me to the most perfect vehicle. I had been window shopping online and went in to just test drive to see what i liked and ended up walking away with a new (to me) suv. Love how everyone here listens and wants to work with you to make sure you get what you want as well as get the note to be in range of what you were looking for. I will definitely be back to purchase my next vehicle from Ashley and the team here!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! I had the best experience with Vehicles Direct! I financed a vehicle from them a few days ago and the customer service was great. As soon as me and my husband walked through the door we were helped right away! The person who helped us, his name was Zach, was very helpful and kind to us. He made the whole process quick and simple. He was very honest with us from the start about the vehicles that we were interested in. They try hard to get you the best deal! I am very happy with my new car and my new car payment as well!! Definitely a recommended place for purchasing or financing a car! My car payment was less than what I expected to pay!

Best dealership we've ever been to. Zach was super helpful, patient and went above and beyond to help us. Going as far as staying late past closing to make sure we got the vehicle we wanted. He walked us through the entire purchase. Beyond him everyone we spoke to was amazing. The general manager was very personable he made us feel like family. It was a 5 and half hour drive for us from Louisville but we will definitely be coming back for our next vehicle purchases.

Everyone in this dealership was an amazing group of people to work with, they didn't rush, nor try and push a sale on me. They worked with me since it was my first time purchasing a vehicle and everything worked out great on my end! Stiven was my salesperson and I'm glad that he was! I came to Vehicles Direct knowing what I was looking for and immediately found the car that checked all the boxes. Since my husband was working, Zach Ramsey—who was working with me—allowed me to take the car home for the night so that my husband could see it the next day. Pretty awesome that a dealership would do that! When we returned the following day, Zach R. was super helpful, straightforward, and answered all our questions. He was easy to work with from the beginning. I would definitely recommend Zach to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle! There were no issues at all, even when doing the financing. In fact, they were waiting for an answer from another banking institution to see if the interest rate would be less than the quote they had already received from one of the banks. Since it was time to complete the paperwork, Ade said that if the other bank came back with a lower interest rate, we could return to change the financing agreement in order to get the better rate. Now that’s customer service!

A+++++. Dealing with car salesman is always the worst thing to do NOT here. They are straightforward, so polite and provide some of the best customer service i’ve ever received. This was my first car purchase and i’m obsessed with my car. They explain EVERYTHING and anything you need to know, and that you want to know. They are so patient, obviously dealing with a dramatic 24 year old (me), they were amazing! Cody is a top notch salesman and i highly recommend seeing him if you go here, he will help you find a car you love and that fits your budget without being pushy or in your face, amazing amazing amazing customer service!! I cannot express how much I enjoyed working with them! GO HERE!!!!

Dave Wilson worked really hard on getting the vehicle we wanted until He finally got it. He is the best! Will absolutely call him the next time I need to purchase a vehicle. He is honest, very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. The staff there is very nice too including Lee the GM who introduced himself to me and made himself available if I needed it. The Finance Rep was also very friendly, courteous and understanding of our needs!

First off, they have a huge selection to choose from. I found the perfect truck online, had all the specs and great photos. Drove 2 hours to Cleveland,Tn to see the truck. When i got there it was right up front waiting on me. Looked exactly like photos but better in person. I spoke with AARON who was AWESOME!!! Super good guy and went above and beyond to help me get the right deal.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 for my daily driver. I am beyond pleased with the buying process and with the friendly staff. The folks at Vehicles Direct are great! Dave Wilson spoke with me I the over the phone several times before our test drive. Dave was good to share with me about how the whole buying, trade in process works. We didn't feel pressured, there's no haggling the price on the window IS the price! Dave and Mikey worked relentlessly to find the best deal for us too. They didn't know this, but the 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 was the FIRST truck we test drove! Customer service meant more to me than shopping around anymore. We already knew Audie always a pleasant experience to work with him. Dave & Mikey made us feel like old friends right at home. We bought a truck from Wade today. He was a great guy to work with. He spent plenty of time with us searching ways to get the truck we wanted at the price we needed. The general manager Lee was also very nice and accommodating. One of our best experiences buying a vehicle. They do not pressure you and will work with you to get the vehicle you want. Everyone was down to earth and it wasn’t as pushy as some of the bigger dealerships. We will use them again.

Wonderful experience! They were quick to respond to my calls and texts. I really appreciated being able to put a deposit down to hold the vehicle I was interested in since I live over 2 hours away and had to wait until the weekend to check the car out. The car was waiting out front for me when I arrived. It was just like the pictures and Wade was very helpful. It was a no-hassle experience and I would definitely come back again.

Although Vehicles Direct is 4 hours away from me, they made the online buying experience simple. They sent personalized videos with the car details that mattered to me, which were ideal for knowing every inch of the car before buying. They also delivered the expedition max to my door at a more than reasonable cost. They were fantastic in all aspects, customer service, sales team, finance team, and delivery. Also, they were the best price out there, and I gave several local dealers the opportunity to match the price to earn my business but they couldn't.

This dealership was absolutely amazing to work with. I worked closely with Melody and the manager Todd. After dealing with other dealerships for the past two weeks I was frustrated with my car buying process. When I arrived to vehicles direct. Melody already had the car I wanted ready and waiting for me. She had a lot of knowledge about the car as well and answered all my questions. This made the car buying process a lot smoother and quicker for me. The manager ,Todd, I appreciated him coming in and explaining different financing options to me without pressuring me to make a decision. He gave me ample time to discuss everything with my mom and he gave me the best deal. I would also like to add after I purchased the car the next day we found a chip in the window, and when I called Vehicles Direct to let them know Todd took very good care of me, and got it fixed for free even when he didn’t have to. If I ever need another car I will be buying from them again. This was a very pleasant process for me and I left with a 2020 Nissan Altima SR. Pleasure doing business!
