I absolutely recommend this place!
After moving from France to Texas a year ago, I have been on a hunt for good croissants and pains au chocolat (chocolate croissants). And this place has the best ones!
We also tried their lemon meringue cheesecake, which was absolutely delicious. The place is clean and very cute with a relaxing ambiance. Will be back for sure!

My first visit on the recommendation of a friend. I had Crème Brûlée Coffee, Spinach and Feta Pastry Tart and a Portuguese Custard Tart. The pastry was so flaky and tasty with a nice combination of feta that didn’t overpower the spinach. The pastry on the Portuguese tart was a bit tough but the custard made up for it 🤭. This place is small but it’s so welcoming and cozy. They also have a lovely outdoor seating area that is shaded and roomy enough for kids to run around. The staff were friendly and happily explained the contents of the pastry case and types of coffee. I’d definitely go back.

Woah! WOW!
I stumbled across this cute little stop today and I am so happy I stopped. It’s easy to miss but so worth looking for.

I got a chocolate chip cookie and while it was pretty, it tasted far better than it looked. Crispy edges but still soft with a proper amount of chocolate chips.

Stop by. You’ll enjoy it.

If you haven't been, you're missing out!!! They have the best pastries and coffee around. Definitely need to try their tiramisu coffee and croissant, it's so yummy. Their sourdough bread is really good as well. We like to lightly toast it and dip it in our own homemade olive oil with herbs. It even makes a great grilled cheese, just make sure to use real cheese. The banana latte is out of this world. Their croissants are so good too. You can't go wrong with whatever you choose from here.

Sooooo delicious! We love stopping in here on the weekends. My favorite is the white chocolate blueberry scones, almond croissant and ham&cheese croissant. But really you can’t go wrong with anything here! I just wish the hours were earlier so I could stop on Thursday or Friday. Staff is super friendly too!

Stopped by to check this place out. It’s relatively new to downtown Cibolo, Texas called the Pastry Corner. Awesome little place to try! Old house renovated into this bakery. Indoor and outdoor seating available. My wife got the blueberry white chocolate scone and a vanilla latte. I got a lemon pound cake and ice water.

Blueberry White Chocolate Scone 8/10 - the pastry texture was excellent with a little flaky and toasted crunch. The only negative was it could have had more blueberries.

Vanilla Latte 8/10 - good flavor profile. The vanilla flavor was perfect. Could still taste the coffee flavor also.

Lemon Pound Cake 5/10 - I love lemon, but for me personally it was too overwhelming. It had a very pronounced sugar hit as well. If you love lemon, I’d suggest you at least try it.

Atmosphere 10/10 - the old house being renovated into this bakery is perfect with the old Cibolo theme. It totally works for this area. It’s decorated perfectly snd has a cozy feel. It has indoor seating that is extremely clean and put together. The outdoor seating is a huge patio/porch with good seating. It’s beautiful outside with the trees and plants.

Service 9/10 - the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Overall 9/10 - it’s our new favorite bakery!!

Pastry Corner is the best bakery I’ve ever been to! Everything is always super fresh and incredibly delicious. Everyone that works there is so nice and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. It’s a great place to hang out with friends and have the perfect cup of coffee and baked goods. Also- they have a great bread rewards program! I just picked up my free loaf of bread. My favorite is the rosemary bread. SO glad they opened such a great bakery in Cibolo!

Yum, yum, yummy!!! Food, service, ambiance..... everything was fantastic!! We had the Strawberry Cruffin, Poptart, and an Italian dessert, forgot the name, but it's made with Brioche, stuffed with whipped creme (which is scrumptious) and topped with strawberries. My son also had a latte that he said was good. We will definitely be back, very soon.

We love this pastry shop! The pastry are all divine with quality ingredients allowing rich flavors and textures. We have enjoyed everything we have tried from here and especially love the pop tarts, the cinnamon rolls, and the Texas croissants!

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would! Friends who live locally told us to try this place and I wasn't disappointed at all!!! Amazing! Everything we tried was flaky and amazing flavor, both the sweet and the savory. Some of the best pastries I've ever had and that includes a trip to France and Switzerland where I had lots of pasteries! We'll be back before we have to head home to Michigan!

Samantha and Sean the owners of The Pastry Corner, give personal service to their customers. Everyone is welcome and the place has good vibes. It's so cozy and comfy. Everything's fresh and tasty. They make cappuccinos etc. They also have artesian bread. Also available are coffee beans, cutting boards and tshirts. When in the area again, we'd definitely stop by. Support small business.

So we had a little too much carbs, but so worth it. The pop tart, raspberry and lemon crumpets. They were all amazing but the crumpets were my favorite!! The lavender honey latte was delicious as well.

Such a wonderful and quaint bakery/cafe! It's cozy and quiet inside, the pastries are fantastic (shoutout to the snickerdoodle cookie, I'm a big fan) and the coffee's great. I can't wait to revisit.

Food and coffee were very good...the building is cozy and inviting. We will definitely go back! The only suggestion I have is to have a bigger coffee condiment area. I did not have anywhere to sit my cup while putting in creamer

The only negative thing I can say about this place is that I didn’t know they were here sooner! They have the best pastries. My favorites are the pop tarts, cinnamon rolls and raspberry danishes. This is a great place to meet up with friends. The staff is friendly and always makes us feel welcome.

Let me just say wow. What a hidden gem thevstaff was awesome and the food was great. I am not a fan of pastries but if I am in the mood will be back. The coffee options are great and it smells like fresh baked goods as you walk through the door.
