My experience with best chance was great! He made purchasing my truck pain free an easy. Not to mention this truck is absolutely flawless, an drives like a dream. I highly recommend this place.

I've been buying vehicles from Chance for over 20 years. He's always done me a good job. I recently bought a vehicle off of him 5 months ago, the transmission went out to my surprise. When I called and asked about a transmission guy, Chance ended up paying for half of my transmission. Chance auto is not about the sale, its about building the relationship. I look forward to buying more vehicles from Chance in the future.

I bought a boat on consignment from these guys, and Chance and his son were great to work with. Very polite and professional and made the entire transaction painless. Even met me on a weekend when they’re normally closed in order to close the sale. Highly recommended.

I am a long time customer. I have bought 3 cars for my personal use and 1 for my oldest daughter. They have all been great cars! Chance, Melinda and Clint are so easy to work with and are always willing to go the extra mile to answer any questions I had. They even spent an extra 45 mins with my wife and I to show us all the things our car would do. I have a son and daughter almost driving age and will be shopping there for their cars too.

Had a positive experience buying from Chance and Melinda. I drove from several hours away, and the truck was just as described and in excellent condition for the age and miles. I was happy with the price we settled on, and the actual buying process took about 10 minutes. All in all, easy and no-hassle.

On a cross-country trip earlier this year, our truck broke down between Tulsa and Claremore. As out-of-towners, we really didn't have a good idea who we could trust in Claremore to take a look at our truck. (Side note, AAA is a trash organization these days)

We ended up taking a look at some newer trucks in the area in case ours wasn't worth the repair. That's when we found an F-150 we really liked at Best Chance. Sure, it was high mileage, and turns out the oil pan gasket was leaking, but after inspecting it myself, and Chance taking it to a repair shop down the road for an evaluation, we felt confident that the price reflecting the existing work needed.

During our stay in Claremore, and given our serious interest in the F-150, Chance even went out of his way to help us with a loaner while our other truck was in the shop getting repaired. I would say that is above and beyond great customer service.

Chance, thanks again to you and your son for all of your help. You really helped out some fellow human beings in our time of need, and we will always be grateful.

We bought our first boat here a little over a month ago and they went above and beyond. Great experience!
