FIRE AIDE SAVES THE DAY!

Last year the only place I could find the Fire Aide fire extinguisher which has the same foam in it to put out big fires in race cars.

Went shopping with my son and I see a truck in full blaze in the engine compartment. I slammed on my breaks and pulled into the gas station and grabbed my fire extinguisher and ran to the truck asking the people if there was anyone in the truck and they said no.

I started spraying the foam and put the fire out before the fire department got there. Eveyone needs to carry a Fire Aide fire extinguisher and you can get them at any Ace Hardware or online. I have never seen anything like this special foam

Wasn’t able to buy the lightbulbs I needed here but the employees were as nice as ever. Love shopping here.

Great service and easy to shop p in the store

I was going into town, actually, headed for Lowes.we live on the North side of town and it is quite a stretch to drive across town through all the red lights and possible trains to make it to Lowes. I thought I would give Ace hardware a try. I was looking for a fairly normal bit of hardware and I found the young man there to be pretty helpful. He seemed to enjoy helping and cut some wire for me andgot me to the cash register in just a few minutes. I on another occasion had the same young man help me with a few nuts and bolts that I needed.it seems that there has been an effort toward improving their customer service in the past few months.

Always good for those hard to find hardware items

Last time I shopped there no body was offering to assist me in finding what I was looking for but I did find 1 item on my own that I needed badly .

People do look at employees standing around chit chat . Customers buy things to pay there wages .

Walked in the store on a Sunday looking for a special sized die and guy told me they didn't have it . But today I walked in to purchase the size tap because it's a rare size and all parts stores couldn't get it. So I took a chance and by pure luck Westlake Ace hardware had 1 and I have it to fix a part of my suspension.

The employees I dealt with were nice and they had something that I hadn't found at other stores. I wasn't really happy today called and was told that they had an item and then I drove there stood around and waited to only find out that they really didn't have what I had asked for and what they did have was $10 higher than Locke Supply. They did apologize and we all make mistakes, so it's all good.

Fantastic selection but without the big-box insanity of the larger chains. They have wonderful staff and the feel of a locally owned hardware store.
It's really busy on the weekends and the checkout line can get backed up but the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the prices are good. Paint, gardens, tools, fasteners, air filters, light bulbs, pest control, and a ton of stuff. Definitely a fantastic store that will continue to get my business.

Store always has what I want and is very clean, plus has holiday idems in front as you walk in so I don't have to walk all over store.

Thank you to the manager on Saturday for helping with the new gas cans. It was still kinda of a pain, but I appreciate the help so very much!!!

Great store. Very good selection of products and knowledgeable staff. They are a little slow to bring up another checker when the check out line backs up tho. This has happened several of my visits.

Looking for a small home town experience from your local hardware store? Look no further than Ace Hardware in Claremore! From the moment you walk in the door, you are taken back by the smells and sights of the local town hardware store. The staff is attentive, although not overly friendly. The store inventory is fairly stocked and has a little of everything. One downside is that the store isn’t very well kept on cleaning and some aisles have copious amounts of dust on items that have no been the most prominent sellers. The cost and sale pricing is a little higher than you’d pay at your big town store like Lowe’s, but what you are more so paying for is the scenic step back in time.

This store is fantastic! The employees are friendly and professional. The store is clean and well maintained. They have a huge variety of things you may need they had everything we needed. We just moved to the area and this is going to be our go to place for are home and hardware needs!

Got my new push mower here today. Don't know how the mower will work out yet, but the staff was very helpful. Price was actually lower, for what is by all reports a better product, than the similar mower at the Big Box home improvement store down the road.

Full disclosure, I bought this mower with the refund from the sub-optimal mower I bought the day before from the big box.

Very helpful and friendly sales people. You didn't have to run all over to find someone to help and answer questions. They had a good selection, pricing was competitive. I will shop there often.

Well I am blind and the associates was very helpful and helping me find what I needed and making sure that I made my way to the cash register and help me to get there and it was just a very pleasant experience and they were very very helpful
