St. Francis Therapy Center - St. Francis Millennium

I’m going to this location for physical therapy, and met my physical therapist for the initial meeting. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. My PT Kelsey Nix was and is very friendly also. She explained and showed me the issue that I have going on, and what the physical therapy will do to help. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. Kelsey is very knowledgeable in what she’s doing and she listened to my questions and concerns. My check out experience was good also, I got my future appointments scheduled at days and times suitable for me. I would recommend St. Francis Physical Therapy, at 2 Innovation Drive.

I had a heart attack on March 25. I was very nervous about going to heart rehab! From the minute I started going everyone was so helpful and worked with me to make me feel comfortable. Dr Smith was my Dr. I can’t say enough about how awesome he was! I’m thankful he was there to take care of the blockage so quickly! In heart rehab I have met some awesome people in rehab! Belinda and several others are so amazing and they care about me and what I need to make me healthier, but one has really impressed me with how much she cares and she is so genuine! She has talked to me every time I go about how I feel and questions me about the amount of exercise I’m doing! I’m so thankful for Kaylene Davis! Y’all are so blessed to have her on your team! Thank you so much Kaylene for everything you do to make me better myself!

Dr. Kristin Dennis is a wonderful therapist! I was referred by Dr. Rebecca Rinko for therapy after major surgery. Kristin is excellent!! She has truly given me my life back!
The office staff are fantastic! Rochelle and Navy at the front always have a smile and great attitudes! I really appreciate all that this team has done for me!!❤

This is the best rehab facility in the upstate of South Carolina.

Everyone there are very friendly and professional.

I went to this facility for physical therapy for my back. After 8 weeks of dealing with a rude secretary and a physical therapist that would only monitor my exercises half of the time, I am now in a worse condition then when I arrived. When they were asked to forward my information to my doctor it was late, they scheduled me for 4 weeks of therapy when my insurance required 6, and lastly when they typed my report for my insurance company they made it appear as if I cancelled multiple sessions and completely neglected the physical therapy as a whole . Why would someone with severe back pain do this to their self? If you want to get better, do not come here.

Billing is outrageous, and possibly even rising to the level of fraudulent. For a single visit, 15 minute exercises were billed at over $250 and therapy was billed at another $250, bringing the cost of a single visit up to well over $500.

At twice a week visits, this company is charging me more than I take home in salary. Absolutely ridiculous billing practices. The national average for receiving this care from a single visit is around $125 total. Could not be more angry and disappointed.
