The five star rating is for Brandi. She listened to my concerns, responded to me in a timely manner, and most importantly, she got the problem fixed! She is a pleasure to work with!
My Mom passed away in June 2022. The grave still does not have grass and her headstone just arrived in the past couple of weeks - it was purchased and paid in full soon after Mom’s funeral. It finally arrived sometime around February 25th. It was there when my brother took flowers - the flower pot was not secured to the base and the grave site was a mess. I called twice and spoke to 2 different people who said they would fill out work orders and get it fixed. They both were to send me a text with a picture. I did not get anything from them. I called on 3/14 and talked to Brandi. The next morning Brandi sent me a text with a picture and the headstone was fixed the way we wanted it and the dirt was smoothed out. Brandi was caring and responsive. She will be my “go to” person from now on!

Brandi W. went above and beyond the call of duty! I called just to find the location of two graves from the 1930’s and 1960’s. Not only did Brandi locate them, but she went out and photographed the graves for me. They have no markers, so Brandi drew lines on the photos to indicate the exact locations. She emailed the photo and a map of the cemetery to me. This was much more than I expected when I called this morning. Thanks Brandi!

Brandi Wilbanks was so helpful with assisting my mother. Brandi took the time to help plan for everything and made my mother feel at ease about her future.

Thank you so much for being so caring and helpful. So many members of my family are buried here. I can honestly say each time that I visit (which is often) the grounds have always been taken care of. The kindness that has been shown to my family and I, by your staff, truly means so much. Thank you for your compassion during our difficult times.

Hello. The management is exceptionally helpful/accommodating, the grounds have improved significantly over the past 3-5 years, and I am truly at peace that my family decided to bury my grandmother here. While she couldn't be close to Elvis in actuality, she's close to him in theory at "Graceland." Thank you!

Brandi was very helpful and patient as I changed my mind multiple times. She put the changes in and helped me make decisions. She was very nice.

Brandi and her staff were so kind, loving and helpful. In a time of unbelievable grief she was there with her wonderful team.

Grounds mostly kept up well.

Every grave had flowers. Maintained to a high level. Shoeless Joe is buried here.

No one loves going to this place, but they do their job. If you are not happy with something, go to the office and they will be glad to assist you with your issue.

I went to this cemetery for a graveside service. It would have been nice to have some signs (funeral this way➡) pointing the way to the gravesite. We spent way more time finding the site than we should have

My Great grandfather purchased 8 spaces in Graceland in the late 30's no one has used 4 spaces last family member was buried in the late 70's .we recently went to bury my mother beside her mom which made the 6th grave lot used while there they tell us we have lost the other 2 spaces due to vault room. But my mom buried nearly on top of my grandmother leaving enough spaces between the graves we have and the next family enough for at least 4 more how can they do that.? When there they gave a quote for opening and closing cost with grass now we have received a letter saying we have to sign a contract and payment for perpetual care before we can mark her grave with a head stone.. this was ever mentioned during dealings it is not in any paper work we signed, how can they do that? Now we are having issues with them over insurance papers they made copies of and didn't return a complete policy so we are having trouble receiving that money. When I tried to talk to them 2x been hung up on. Still not got an answer from them. Went to moms grave yesterday and the grave is covered with very hard clumps of very uneven dirt I couldn't even break up it has already settled 2 inches deeper than ground around it and they put grass seed and hay on it. Roads are horrible flooding red dirt everywhere broken side walk runners no trees how can they even charge for perpetual care with a cemeyary in such poor condition. Ill have to go put dirt and grass to make it decent. Something I paid them for. Unless you jus
t want your family buried together with a loved one Dont Choose this Cemetary very poor service and care.
UPDATE: After this Review posted we were called in for a sit down. Everything was addressed and will be taken care of. The graves have already been fixed by Graceland when we arrived for the meeting. They are very understanding, and listened to all my complaints and addressed each one. The remaing land purchased is still being addressed but satisfied with there concern and attention.

On October 30, 2021 we ordered my father in law's marker. Paid in full the same day. Fast forward to around March was told it would be ready by June. When in the beginning when we initially decided to order with them they stated it should be ready in 4 to 6 weeks. Still no update, no communication in regards to my father in law's marker. Lack of communication is beyond acceptable at this point.

Update: I was contacted today (07-18-2022) by Samantha from Graceland Cementary. By far more understanding and communicative than Sandra. Will update when we get another update.

Final update: After 1 year and 3 months we finally have my father in law's marker. We didn't receive any communication letting us know when it arrived so no way of knowing if it arrived any sooner. But very pleased with the marker and happy to finally have it. Would definitely not recommend purchasing the marker from them as the lack of communication is unacceptable and very unprofessional, but lesson learned.

Yesterday, I visited my husband's grave to find no flowers and his vase turned upside down in the marker. I had just placed the flowers 4 weeks ago so I did not take new ones.. I was devastated... I ran to the store and bout a few singles to easy my heart that his flowers were gone. I posted this on FB and got some replies that shocked me. One person said a storage building on site had alot of flowers and several of his wife's were in that building.. this made me sick. If my flowers are on the grave keep your hands off of them.... I put them there. He has never went without flowers before.... and I do replace them frequently... again, keep your hands off my arrangements.

On Nov. 26th I was told my husband's marker would be placed on his grave in four to six weeks. I could finance interest free if paid off within a year. Today, May 19, 2022, marker paid in full told it would now be four to five months before it would be on grave.
We are talking about $4500.
