Definitely the absolute best experience I have ever had at a dentist. I absolutely hate the dentist and anything being done to my teeth, but I have never felt so confident and so happy with my an experience at the dentist. The staff was the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff I am have ever met. They were incredibly through in assessing my teeth, and explained the importance of some procedures while others were not as important. They did such an amazing job and ensured I wad as comfortable as possible.

I first went to Heritage because of significant pain—and a horrible experience with a nearby dentist, who proposed a very expensive fix without any diagnostics. Dr. Hamrick was far more conservative and dealt with the issue after thoroughly assessing the situation, and no root canal was needed. I then had a cleaning done by Amy, who did an amazingly thorough job! Truly the best cleaning I’ve ever had. I was also impressed by all the great tech they have to track your dental health. The two most important qualities of Heritage, however, are the great care and the integrity they offer.

Preston and his team are the Absolute Best !! I'm from out of town, experiencing a painful dental situation. I was seen quickly, and WOW his staff was great. I was very lucky in going to Heritage Dental. Very personable staff, always smiling and informative. Hygienists are the best. Never had any problems with discomfort. Dr Hamrick is a pleasure to work with. Efficient, professional and always thinking of his patient and their comfort. He is 60+ miles away from my home and his practice is worth the drive. Highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Hamrick is very professional and skilled, top to bottom. Cannot recommend them high enough!!! Dr. Hamrick is so thorough and informative, and gives you enough time to share your concerns without feeling that he is rushing you. He is very calming, as well. The entire staff always goes out of their way to ensure the best and safest care possible, and is always beyond friendly. Due to my medical history, I require premedication prior to dental cleanings and procedures and they without fail check prior to starting if medication has been taken. Dr. Hamrick and his staff are always very mindful keeping my history in consideration for the best treatments, and I always feel I am in the safest care with him and his team.

Easy five stars here. I didn't have the best dental hygiene growing up, have had a lot of work done, and tend to get really anxious about going to the dentist. I was about half-way through a filling replacement during my second visit to Dr. Hamrick, and it hit me this was the best dentist I've been to. Skilled, confidence-inspiring, and tech savvy, Heritage is the whole package. Not just Dr. Hamrick but the whole staff gives off the impression they love helping people. My wife and I had cleanings a few months ago and she agreed: Best hygienists ever.

Awesome experience at Heritage Dental from start to finish. Today was my first visit and I was met by friendly staff at the front desk. The hygienist was very informative during my X-rays and cleaning. And Dr. Preston Hamrick was very professional. I will be returning for future appointments and would recommend this office for dental care!!

Dr. Hamrick is an excellent dentist who always does everything he can to make my dentist visits as comfortable and pain free as possible. He has a very calm demeanor which sets me at ease when he is doing dental procedures. He is very personable and truly listens when I am speaking to him about my dental concerns. He never seems rushed like he is trying to finish with me to move on to the next patient. Each time I have had a dental procedure done, he calls to check on me at the end of the day. By far the most welcoming dentist office I have ever walked into! Dr. Hamrick and his team are there to greet you with a smile. Embarrassingly, I have been avoiding the dentist for 2 years and thankfully, they make you feel right at home. They get you in and out in a flash while taking the best care of you. Can’t say enough good things about Dr. Hamrick and his team! It is obvious that patient care is their top priority, and they go above and beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable. Even though I hadn’t been to the dentist in years, I felt no judgement and nothing but respect throughout my exam and while they were explaining my treatment plan to me.
