I have never had a more caring, professional group of people assisting my Mother who came into the ER by ambulance. They got right with her and had her ready for pre-op in about an hour after that. Surgery and in a room all within 4 hours. The staff there is amazing!

I went to the ER on my own accord due to chest, neck and jaw pain. I had a great experience. I was seen immediately and received very good care. The nurses, technicians and doctor were very kind and caring. The wait times for various tests and consult with doctor was good considering it's the ER and there were many patients. I would definitely go here again for treatment. Thank you St. Francis Downtown Greenville.

From the moment the door was opened for our temps to be checked and throughout our entire stay everyone displayed a very professional and content attitude. They were all very pleasant and appeared to enjoy serving those in need by giving quality care. The second day I arrived to visit my husband after open heart surgery the gentlemen doing yard maintenance lifted the edger until I had walked by. I thought that was an act of kindness to consider the loud noise and wait rather than pushing on to finish their work. I felt confident that my husband was being well cared for by the entire staff. In the hallways the majority of employees and visitors give a brief hello. Thankful that Bon Secours is In Greenville. I would not want to go to any other hospital.

I was in the hospital for spinal fusion surgery. I was scared to death about having to stay in the hospital for 3 to 5 days. I had never stayed in the hospital but for 1 night when I had my children. The surgeon was awesome and so were the staff. They made me feel so much better and relaxed. When I woke up after my surgery I was in a lot of pain. When I told the nurse how much pain I was in she immediately went and got me something for pain. Once I got in my room the staff was very nice. I did have to ask for my pain medication but that's only because they want you to try to get by without it. But anytime I asked for it they didn't take long to get it to me. The food was excellent! I was scared it was going to be like regular awful hospital food. But to my surprise it really was good. I ended up staying 4 days in the hospital. But I can't say enough about the great care I received. I would definitely go back to this hospital if I ever have to be in the hospital again. I would also recommend it to anyone who needs to be in a hospital for a little while.

Took an elderly man to the E R for pain and swelling in his face and neck 3 days after a dental procedure. The entire staff was incredibly kind and involved with his care. I was actually suprislzed how nice everybody was as the new normal in health care seems to be dominated by Covid and nothing else. He was examined diagnosed and treated in a reasonable amount of time. He is on Antibiotics and feels alot better. He wanted to thank everybody in the downtown We for their kindness and great care

I worked 45 blessed years for this great medical facility and do not have one single bad memory. My husband is being discharged from the hospital today. I never thought care could be any better than I witnessed over the years but this visit has proven me wrong.
The care he received from the ER staff and the third floor staff far surpassed any expectations we could have had.
Dan Wetenhall's perception of a potential problem and his quick response to deliver the appropriate care is to be commended.
The 3rd floor staff was unbelievable in their care and concern. To have the admitting nurse, Grace, prayef with us when she finished and that meant so much to two very frightened people.
Every nurse, every assistant, food service, housekeeping, Cath Lab staff and staff from the lab were kind, friendly and compassionate in every way.
You made me so proud St. Francis that I was a part of this flawless institution for many years. You live your mission.

It takes a special kind of person to keep a smile on their face when everything that could go wrong goes wrong. Every nurse, aid, transporter, and doctor I came in contact with have been nothing but pleasant and nice. I am so happy I came here for treatment.

Dr. Leinhart actually listened to me. My nurse Shannon didn't skip a beat either. When my skin started to crawl she immediately called the doctor. Dr. Leinhart didn't treat me like a junkie looking for drugs like Hillcrest did. He gave me something right there to stop the pain, and the skin crawling. He also refilled the medication I need just to function daily. This is why this is the ONLY hospital I go to. They care about their patients.
