I have used this company on 3 occasions. Each one was same day service . They took care of my plumbing issues , at a fair price . Joe that works for this company is excellent. I highly recommend Staten plumbing. Give em a call !!!

Cody from Staten came out to look at our AC Unit and Furnace and he was EXCELLENT! He was on time, thorough in explaining what was going on and had everything fixed within 30 minutes! They were also very transparent and more than fair on pricing. I just can't say enough wonderful things about this company and their technicians!

My first Google review ever. I had a great experience with this company. Setting up an appointment was easy and quick. Technicians were professional and efficient. Not only is their service fee half of what other companies were quoting, they waived it because he was able to fix it on the spot. Who does that these days? They will be my go-to for HVAC and plumbing!

I had Staten Plumbing come out for an annoying "siren" sound everytime I ran the water (yes I Googled and YouTube solutions with no avail). They were able to isolate the issue and fix the problem. They showed up on time and were done in a timely manner. I will use them again.

This is the company you want working on your plumbing needs! I had a major incident at my house. I called the main office (very knowledgeable lady took my call and asked me all the pertinent questions). Brandon arrived within 20 minutes. He had the problem diagnosed immediately and told me what needed to be done. He made sure he got the necessary city permits to dig and put me on the schedule. He even let me borrow a water key so I could have water during the weekend. He was back the next business day with Jerry and installed a whole new line within two and a half hours. That includes digging up a section of concrete! Not only that, but I had another unrelated problem and he and Jerry advised me on the best way to handle that. As a female, I loathe dealing with contractors and repairmen for obvious reasons but these guys and this company are top notch. From the initial call to the repair, everything was absolutely superior. Add them to your contact list because they’re the best, hands down.

I have used this service three times since moving to SC. I am very impressed with the office staff and service men. Their work is excellent. I will recommend them to anyone who needs their service.

I had Staten install a water heater and do some plumbing work and I couldn't be happier. First, I like to use hometown businesses if possible so Staten was one of my first calls. Greg quoted me an excellent price and he stuck to that price even though there was a lot of work. A company's best salesperson is a technician that takes the time to do a thorough and professional job without rushing through his work. Greg excelled in all of these and is a credit to Staten Plumbing. I wouldn't hesitate to call Staten Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.

My outside unit decided to stop working on one of the hottest days so far I called the folks at Staten and within the hour Cody their technician came out and got it going again. Awesomeness experience!!

Not only did they fix my plumbing issue but also had excellent service very polite I had asked if they could come fast and they came immediately due to me having my kids home now me and the kids have a working toilet I recommend to anyone

As with any home that's getting older things have to be replaced. We had to have both our toilets replaced 2 weeks ago. One was leaking and caused our water bill to go up a lot. Chris G. came out to diagnose the problem. Told me the cost and we upgraded them so they would be better for my husband and myself. Chris G. was knowledgeable about his product and it didn't take him very long to install them and we are happy.

Today, my house flooded because the toilet valve busted. Staten plumbing arrived quickly and prepared to readily help me with this issue. The plumber, John, was friendly and fixed the issue right away. He was able to identify and fix the problem in ten minutes. I would highly recommend this professional small business because their outstanding service.

Chris G. showed up when promised, he practiced good COVID-19 safety protocols by wearing his mask the entire time and keeping a social distance. The plumbing issue I had was not an easy fix but he worked tirelessly until the job was done completely and correctly and he cleaned up after himself, overall just an excellent experience. I will ONLY use Staten Plumbing from now on!

Dustin did a great job!! Diagnosed our water pressure problem quickly, adjusted the pressure, found blockages in two lines, and had the water pressure back to where we needed it in no time. Wonderful job!! We'd call him again in a minute.....but don't think we'll need to!!

I had a problem with my kitchen sink leaking and called Staten Plumbing. The technician, Dustin, was on time, thorough, considerate and even helped me with some info on a fridge. The cost was on par with other companies we used in the past and I would recommend Staten.
