Excellent customer service, incredibly punctual, and fair.

Our water heater busted (not a cheap expense) and so my wife and I called several companies to get quotes and opinions on the matter, especially because we have a newborn in the house, and hot water is essential.

Dipple was the second company that came out, and they sent Mike Gillespie and his apprentice, Riley. Talk about exceptional customer service, and pride. I was actually at work when they came out, and they made my wife (with a newborn) feel at ease. They were clear and concise as to what they were doing and what needed to be fixed, and extremely friendly and pleasant all the while.

We will absolutely be using Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air again for any and all of our household issues.

What a pleasant experience having your very friendly, extremely knowledgeable service man Craig Gainey, provide our furnace maintenance for our two new systems. He called prior to the visit to inform me of his ETA and if it was satisfactory, greeting us with a big smile and his protective booties on (we had new carpeting installed, not that he knew, and on a dry day no less) and proceeded to explain what he was going to accomplish today. He patiently explained many of the technical details, something I requested in learning, and performed all his work efficiently and with genuine enthusiasm. A finer person we could not ask for to keep our home comfortable during these cold months. He is a significant asset to the Dipple organization.

Mike and his team were fantastic! He communicated everything well, even on a big project, and made sure every task and detail was complete. The whole team seemed to be kind, respectful of our home and worked quickly. They made a frustrating circumstance and an unexpected expense much more manageable and pleasant than it could have been.

Mike Langston was the technician who installed our toilet. He did a great job & I was very pleased with the company’s communication with me before, during and after the work was done. Great job!!

Austin did a great job pin pointing a leak in my home. He had knowledge on where it was coming from and why. He even knew who I needed to contact to finish the job because it was far from what they could do on their end. He even helped to get the water up from the pin point of where it was coming from when he found it. He was very professional, nice, and cleaned up after himself. He is a 5 star all the way and I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Austin for your help.

I had a toilet emergency and had to get service after hours. The lady I spoke with was very nice and made certain I understood there would be an extra charge since it was after hours. The gentleman, Adam, came promptly and stopped the overflow. He made recommendations and mopped up the standing water. I’m going to follow up on his suggestions tomorrow. I appreciated the courtesy and professionalism.
Update: Eric came to replace my broken toilet with a new one. He and. his helper got here early. They removed the old toilet and put in the new one. He showed me how to turn off the water if I have another leak. I doubt that I'll need to know that, but I'm glad it will be easy.
Before they left, Eric asked if I had any other plumbing problems that he could fix. So kind and unexpected. I didn't but he went above and beyond. Once again, I appreciated the courtesy and professionalism.

Austin Wade was my technician today and did an excellent job, explaining before & after he installed a new toilet. Pleasant, knowledgeable, and left the work space all cleaned up. Highly recommend.

Mark Traviss was very professional, timely and knowledgeable with the service. Had some wiring issues he fixed and even came back the next day to fix another wire that went out today. Office ladies were also very polite and got me booked very quickly each day. 10/10 Thank you Mark and team!

Craig, Merritt, Hunter and Mike installed my new HVAC and did a fantastic job! They were courteous, efficient, and excellent worker. I have been using Dipple’s service for 2 years now and am very impressed with the helpfulness and knowledge of the staff. Dipple did a complete re-piping of our house. They did a fantastic job! Danny was an amazing crew leader, and Johnny and Corey worked super hard with him to get the job done. They are hardworking, professional, conscientious, and exceeded our expectations at every level. We have already hired Dipple for another job, and so glad that Danny will be leading that effort, too! Cal was an excellent help over the phone with my emergency situation until he could arrive, and in person. Lots of good communication from beginning to end from arrival time to answering my many questions. I've found a permanent plumbing service. Especially pleased with their technician's knowledge and courtesy. Highly recommended.

Dipple is awesome! We have a service plan with them for our HVAC system and have had them do several other things as well. They are professional, very knowledgeable, and just generally buttoned up. We love doing business with them.

Adding A review specifically of Craig Bishop. He came today as part of our regular Dipple heating inspection. He was awesome. Very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. A true consultant.

Justin was amazing in every aspect! He texted to confirm the appointment time the day before and gave me a reasonable window regarding when to expect him. He also called and texted the day of the appointment to say he could come earlier than expected (but could still keep regular appointment time if needed). He fixed the problem within minutes and was very professional and sweet with our pets. A++!

Kyle with the remodel crew came out to look at some work that was improperly done by another company. Unfortunately, you can’t trust anyone these days (even big companies). Kyle was great. He took time to look over everything, explained things in depth so that I was able to understand, and has continued to be in contact with us since he left. I wish we would have called Dipple from the beginning. Thank you Kyle! We will definitely use Dipple’s remodel crew from here on out.

Professional staff that arrived in the time frame given by their central office. The technicians clearly explained the issue of my furnace and even followed up on warranty issues directly with the manufacturer.
The staff wore shoe covers when entering my house and offered to replace the burn out light bulb in my crawl space with my spare. Will definitely call them for future service

I am totally satisfied with Dipple. The tech was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed. He found a secondary problem that may have caused the problem I called about. I am also very impressed that they are training young folks in the art of plumbing. Highly recommended!

Technician Craig Bishop came by to perform my regular HVAC inspection and he arrived on time, was very professional and honest in our discussion. He was extremely thorough and provided me with a fair estimate for an option that would extend the life of the compressor.

Chad came out at 8:00 on a Sunday evening to service my HVAC. He was extremely nice and highly professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in less than an hour, and gave me clear it pricing estimate before he did the work. I could not have asked for a better service experience, and would highly recommend Dipple to anyone who needs HVAC work.
