We were having septic tank issues and needed pumping, back washing and a new cover that was custom made. Logan Sankuer came on a timely schedule. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and cleaned up when he was done. He was extremely professional and was able to answer all of our questions. He also informed us of some issues with our current 50 year old septic tank and what we can be looking at the in future. I would recommend him highly for any septic needs you might have. In the future if we need anything Logan will be the first one we call. He was great and made pumping our septic tank pleasurable as possible. ( if that is a thing 😝). Everyone at the plumbing experts did a great job for us.

Was concerned about our septic system so gave them a call. Got a quote from tbem and it sounded great. They worked with me to find an appointment that worked with my schedule.

Day of the service, the gentleman, Eric, was very courteous and professional. I admit, I was taken aback a bit after being quoted one price for certain services just to see it was the price for just an inspection. It was my own fault for that one. However, I won't be docking a star.

Eric did an amazing job walking us through what he was doing, the reasons behind it, and let us know a lot more about our septic system. We were advised that we'd only have a few years before it would need pumped, so we went ahead and got that service done. It went quickly and without a problem. He took great care to make sure that the hole was covered good and was acceptable.

We recently purchased a home and contacted The Plumbing Experts for to have the septic tank located, pumped, and a riser installed. Technician Eric C. was on-time, friendly yet professional, and extremely knowledgeable; his communication regarding our options and next steps was clear and concise, and we felt pricing was fair and straightforward (no hidden fees). Great service and options and work provided by Angel. However, after he left, s few hours later had water leaking into garage, which wasn't present earlier. It is late now but will be call for a return visit in am. He came back, diagnosed the problem and within a week had me ready to go. John helped with leak detection and Al and Bradley with re-piping the cold water. Great team.

Angel Cortes of The Plumbing Experts / Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did an outstanding job of replacing our old (original with house) gas water heater. Angel clearly explained all of our options, the pricing, and current code requirements. During installation, Angel explained what he was doing and why he was doing it (as an engineer, this was important to me). At the end, the system worked flawlessly and we are exceptionally pleased.

I contacted this company based on their reviews and I’m glad I did. Sandra scheduled Eric for us at a convenient time. We received a call when he was on the way as promised. Eric was very knowledgeable and helped us locate the tank since the house is new to us. The receipt process by email was instant and efficient. I highly recommend.

As usual, the service technician was on time and very professional. He quickly performed both repairs and got the restroom back in service within a couple of hours. We use Ben Franklin for our business and home repairs and have never had a bad experience. Kevin was our technician today and he was the best so far!!!

I got a call within seconds of submitting the form on their website and they had Eric at my house the next day. Eric was very professional and knowledgeable. He addressed my concerns and we developed a plan to move forward.

We worked with Matthew and he was wonderful to deal with - very professional and courteous. He was on time, explained things well and sent pictures and video to document his work as we couldn't be there when it was performed. I will definitely call them in the future when I need assistance.

Kevin explained everything perfectly so I could understand what needed to happen. He gave me multiple options on what needed to be done and completed the work. It took very little I will only use this company for my plumbing issues from here on.

The tech arrived quickly and worked (after normal hours) to identify the problem. He explained the issue and gave us all of our options with detailed pricing. No high pressure up sell, just the relevant information. Unfortunately he was not able to make a complete repair that night, but got the system working well enough to get through to morning. Someone came first thing to make the final repairs.
