Although LaGalbo Realty charges discount prices, Anthony did not give discount service. He hired professional photographers to develop a picture gallery that splendidly showed off our property. He used drone technology to develop a video, which he circulated over the internet and on social media. Throughout the entire process, he kept in close contact with us, asking for our advice and approval at every step. He kept every promise that he made.

At our first meeting, Anthony clearly outlined what he would do and what we could expect to happen. In addition, he suggested a selling strategy that he felt would work well for our property. Despite some reservations on our part, we put our trust in his experience, and we agreed to implement his strategy. We were very happy that we did! Using his strategy, we received two offers the first weekend that were above our asking price. We happily closed 6 weeks later, having saved about $11,000 in real estate fees.

We needed to sell our childhood home that has been in our family for nearly 70 years. 6 bedrooms, 2 bath big. Full of living for nearly 70 years. We were overwhelmed. We were referred to Tony by a family friend. When we met him for the first time at the property, he laid out his plan of how we were to move forward. We trusted that his plan/ angle would work. We originally had it in our minds that we were just going to sell “as is”. He convinced us otherwise for excellent reasons that completely made sense. He said it was going to happen quick…goes live on MLS on a Thursday and review and accept a well above asking price offer Sunday evening, quick. He was spot on, correct. There were 38 showing appointments from Friday morning through Sunday afternoon and 5 solid offers. 4 of those offers were well above asking price.

It was many months of hard work emptying everything out and selling bigger ticket items on Facebook marketplace. Along the way, he advised us on what we should repair and what we could leave, what we could try to sell, and what we should include with the house. Every step along the way, he was just a text/ call away. He always responded to texts and calls nearly immediately. Once we got it emptied, he came again to look at it. We decided to have it professionally deep cleaned for selling and boy was that money well spent. We were amazed at how great the house looked! He gave us some homework to do to list the facts of the house and any disclosures we may have. We were then ready to get pictures taken and list it. Tony arranged all of that. He did a great job with the listing description with the information we provided to him as well.

Tony was fantastic with communicating how things were progressing…inspection, appraisal etc. He set up for the attorney to meet us at my mom’s senior apartment to presign the closing papers so it would be less emotional and stressful for her. Mobility is a challenge for her too, so this was an awesome accommodation. I was able to attend closing and picked up her proceeds check for her. Everything went so smooth and quick. I only have positive things to say about Tony and our experience with him as our seller’s agent. We highly recommend Tony and will totally refer him to friends and family in the future!
