Thank you so much to the outstanding team (1 was named Blair with a long last name) for responding to our emergency around 2am this morning in Campobello. They were patient, considerate and caring. On a dark, rainy night I thankfully was able to stay on their bumper until we got to the ER. We are back home with my husband’s fractured fibula with new focus/goals in our lives.

Fast response. Treated me well and delivered me to the Prisma ER without incident. Thank you!

The 2 gentleman who came to our home when my Mother-in-Law passed were as professional, kind, gentle, and caring as First Responders can be. They helped us through the first few hours in a comforting way. We are deeply indebted to them for their kindness and caring. I fully intend to let the powers that be know about these 2 wonderful gentlemen.

First time I have needed EMS, very professional and comforting team. I am a widow and live alone, extremely scared over severe chest pain (thankfully ended up as Gallbladder) these 2 men and young lady, treated me as if I were their mother. I was calm again. In bad pain, but much calmer.

Greenville County EMS has been a very good EMS system for many decades.
It has produced some of the best health care professionals that I have met.
Their standard of care is very good.

I've had several experiences with relatives needing help in an emergency. They've always been prompt and professional.

Rudest ems workers I've ever seen in my life

I needed EMS two years ago. A month after the situation, I received a bill and request for my insurance, which I provided. I kept receiving these bills/requests, so I called and provided the information. TWICE! Now two years later, they're claiming I never contacted them or ever provided my insurance information and that I have to pay out of pocket. This is ridiculous. I did what I was supposed to do multiple times, and I even called my insurance at the time, who told me they hadn't received a claim from GC EMS. I understand that I received a service, but why am I responsible for a bill TWO YEARS AFTER when they never filed with my insurance despite being given my insurance information multiple times?!

Billing department absolutely terrible! Husband had so many ambulance bills from 2020 the year from hell. I never once got a bill from them for 2 of them (we don’t live in Greenville). It was sent to the department of revenue with zero notice at the end of 2022. In 2023 both dpmt of revenue and their billing department claimed the bills had been “written off” because neither had the record in their systems anymore. I thought it was a blessing until they abruptly took my refund from the state I desperately needed for car repairs!!! Piece of junk place. None of the people cared either!!

Anyone who continues to employ a Healthcare worker who goes out of his way to harass women while they receive Healthcare is honestly gross. Plus same guy loves to photograph license plates of patients NOW has even more access to health records due to his job. This isn't safeguarding! You are the county and have a duty to be an example into others and this isn't the right kind of example.

I think it's sad that one of your employees is denying Healthcare and harassing women at a local clinic.

Screw them they charged me for 6 year old ride that I didn't want to take and didn't ask me if I wanted to make payments or anything just got what they wanted. I think you fat owners need to quit taking people's money Lord knows you could skip a meal. I will never ever take a ride in your $5500 taxi again. I left the same day from hospital. I would pay a stranger $100 to take me to the hospital instead of them.

Greenville EMS services are trying to collect on 2 debts one from 05 one from 06 on a person that is disabled . They never sent her a bill now they have levied her check for 25 percent of her check until the balance is paid in full. They levied her check without going to court or without proper paper work, talk about communisum, I thought this was the USA apparently I was wrong GREENVILLE COUNTY EMS is a bunch of CROOKS they will F_ _ _ you any way they can. The person has 2 different insurance that they did'nt even file. What kind of AMBULANCE SERVICE are we dealing with here in Greenville,SC. People of Greenville,SC it's time to put a stop to getting ripped off. Put a stop to this crookedness, this is not right.
