Elevation Church - Greenville

I'd always been an online member while living in a different state, moved back to SC, I decided to make the longer drive to Elevation Greenville. I went solo that morning and was immediately greeted by so many genuine people and felt welcome like I finally came home. After that first service, they were having E101, which is learning about volunteering options. So I decided to jump back into being involved in church immediately. A few years later, I'm a leader in at least three different areas, love hosting outreach events to help our community (Elevation gives back SOOO much to all of our communities and worldwide) and my best friends are the people I serve with at church. I've never met such strong, kind, considerate, accepting, genuine and empathetic friends. God has worked in my life in so many ways, and I'm ready to take on more starting a book study for our pastor's new book (it's amazing - go get Do the New You!). You won't feel alone at Elevation Greenville. Just take the first step and come - you'll be greeted you with open and loving arms! Side note: They have a GREAT youth program if you have any children grades 6-12!

The first time I visited Elevation Greenville I knew I wanted this to be my home church. It was different from every church I’d ever been to. Everyone from the parking lot to the auditorium were all so welcoming! Truly felt like this was home. We wanted to find somewhere our teenagers would love and could engage and make church friends. They love it!

My husband and I didn’t know what to expect from attending a sermon in person at Elevation Greenville. We knew we loved the sermons online but attending an actual campus seemed so scary to me. We hesitantly attended the Easter 2021 service and we never looked back. What we have found at this church and specifically this campus is a community of believers who have encouraged us through some tough times, laughed with us during the happy moments and really pushed us to dig deeper into what God has called us to do. If you are looking for a church home that you can grow in your faith and that will continue to challenge you, look no further. We would love to meet you and welcome you home to Elevation church.

So glad that I’ve joined Elevation Greenville. My initial visit was like no other… full of genuine people who welcomed me. Now I get to do the same thing for other people. Great people, great community, and ever greater presence of God!

An amazing church close to downtown! Staff is incredible and they give gifts to first time visitors! Absolutely recommend to everyone seeking a church that welcomes anyone and any community.

Found this Elevation Church campus when I moved to Greenville a couple of years ago and within a few minutes of interacting with the volunteers and staff here, I knew this was my new church home. I’m grateful for the community I’ve found here and the biblically sound teachings I’ve received from its pulpit.

We found Elevation online 5 years ago. They now have a location in Greenville, at the beautiful Furman Campus. You have to try it if you are looking for a church family.
The people who serve make the experience perfect. They make it feel like your coming home every week. The worship music is food for the soul. Campus Pastor Matt has taken it to the next level. And of course, Pastor Steven is the best.

Elevation Greenville feels like home. The people are what make this church special! Plus, my kids absolutely love being at church.

The people who volunteered here were friendly and engaged me as I was parking, entering, and inside the building. The members were also welcoming and encouraging. The sermon was from a guest speaker, Jaben Chavez, and it was practical and scripturally based. I would attend here again if I lived in the area.

It was a great service and some amazing music. It was a great experience and I will definitely be back next week.

Awesome worship experience. I did Elevation online for some years and then I had the opportunity for in person worship. I love being able to worship freely. The people are friendly and always have a smile. If you are looking for a great experience Elevation Church Greenville is the place for you.

You will find Elevation Greenville not only a welcoming experience but one of the few places in the area where diversity is truly represented throughout the building - from the volunteers to the children's ministry to the worship experience.
