Wish there was a score less than 1. Mr. Alonzo Young is absolutely correct. I had the very bad misfortune of hiring this firm for a divorce. Mr. Weeks was never available and in the nearly 2 years I was with them, we had two conversations - the initial visit and the "mediation" negotiation with my ex-wife's attorney. What a racket - I never agreed to allowing my ex-wife to not declare alimony as income and never agreed that I could not report to the IRS alimony payout to ex. There were three very blatant errors - I called or emailed every other day - this firm was ready to get rid of me, I know it. They absolutely suck. 100%. When Feb 2016 rolled around, the lawyer was gone trying to get HRC on the ticket. Never available and never understood my military situation with time in service vs. time married etc. I am paying the price today because of this firm's lack of concern or compassion. I was a FOOL to have believed that I could sign and then re-dress my issues. The paralegal feels the brunt of this attorney's malfeasance. Stay Away from this Law Firm.

DO NOT waste your time or money on DAVID WEEKS LAW FIRM. I came to them seeking legal advice. The only time that I received this service was on our initial meeting. Which was basically confirming that I'd needed an attorney. After paying them in full I was continuously ignored and was never guided in any way on my legal matter whatsoever. The attorney that "worked" my case was DAVID WEEKS himself, who apparently is never available at ANY time, no matter what day of the week it may to be. The front desk just sends you to his paralegal who takes your number down and rarely returns your phone calls no matter how many times you give her your number. Then when she actually does return them the response is always "I don't know, I'll have to speak with Mr. Weeks." When you actually go to the firm said paralegal is always on a business call and never available. My case was supposedly dropped but for some reason I still have the charge on my record. When I confronted WEEKS LAW FIRM about this issue I get shrugged shoulders. DO NOT PATRONIZE "WEEKS LAW OFFICE LLC: WEEKS J DAVID."
