I came in for a routine appointment, and Dr. Melba and his nurse were outstanding with my care. I was not feeling well and ended up with tachycardia, shortness of breath, and feeling like I was having a heart attack. Dr. Melba and his nurse took great care of me, and were so attentive to all of my needs! I am grateful to call him my family physician.

Dr. Melba is a patient man who listens to me even if I'm not always making perfect sense. He is down-to-earth, and even when running behind, which happens rarely, he always keeps his composer and never makes me feel rushed. I would also like to mention the LPN working for Dr. Melba on my most recent visit. She was personable and caring, which made me feel comfortable.

Everyone from the front office went above & beyond. When calling to schedule an ER follow up, the front office showed concern when I told them my son was seen in the ER for a fractured collarbone & spoke with Dr. Melba to get us worked in the next business day. Dr. Melba referred us to ortho (where we were seen quickly) & made sure my son’s pain would be controlled until that appt. We are very thankful for Dr. Melba!

Everything!! Dr. Melba is absolutely amazing and actually cares and listens to my needs and wants, and also LISTENS to what’s wrong with me ! The staff is always kind and friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience there.

Everything about my first appt was great and smooth, I felt truly heard about my mental health issues for possibly the first time by a medical professional. It was concise but in depth at the same time and I feel genuinely cared for as a patient of Dr. Melba.

Everyone cares. Everyone is helpful and smiling. I rarely have any wait time for my appointment. The lobby and rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. And I always receive a call back or other response when I must leave a message. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Melba to anyone looking for a family doctor.

The entire visit went well! Dr. Melba made us aware that the lab was taking a little longer than expected with my son's flu test and he even took the time to look up a photo of the tonsils so I would understand where they are located. This was brought up during my son's visit. I appreciated him taking the time to do that. Also, the nurse was friendly and so nice. She was patient with my 7 year old son and had a great personality to work with small kids and make sure they feel comfortable.

Dr Melba is great! Very patient and answers any questions. He makes sure I understand the best path forward and allows me to make decisions regarding my care. Would definitely recommend him.

Dr. Melba has always took the time to explain to me concerns that he has as well as addresses any concern I have. Milestone is run professionally but not coldly. I’m happy to be a patient of Milestone Family Medicine.

Dr Melba is terrific! Always takes his time, listens and is thoughtful towards the patient. I believe he seeks to improve the patients health or maintain the health of a healthy patient.

Everyone in the in the office are not only professional but kind and listen. All of the doctors are great. They really take time to listen and make you feel comfortable. Concerned with your issues and get to the bottom quick.

Dr. Melba is great! He explained everything in detail from diagnosis to treatment. I left understanding what the plan of action was, and felt comfortable with what we were doing. Also, Dr. Melba’s “bedside manner” is great! I felt like I could easily talk to him about my condition.

Dr Melba has a very good bedside manner and takes the time to interact with me. He seems to actually care about my health and treatment and not just look at me as a number. I appreciate his caring attitude and the friendliness of his nursing staff, as well. I would have no problem recommending Dr Melba to others.

Everything was great. If I had to pick one I would say timelessness of the appt. And not a lot of wait time.
