Lakeside Park

Had a ton of fun. Staff was nice. Went on a Tuesday and it was not crowded. There were 7 or 8 life guards, pool was clean, life jackets provided, nice bathrooms, chairs and umbrellas, a snack shop. 2 cool slides and 1 big bowl slide. Went here many years ago and it has improved.

My grandson had his first baseball game at the park. The ballpark and bathrooms were clean and well maintained.

They grill burgers all day, have the best chili foe dogs, burgers or nachos..look forward to baseball games at this location. The park is set out great.

Had a birthday party and it was the most fun respectful staff moment in our life Will go there again Best place to go

It's so sad it's all gone. So many memories made here. Even got married right under that picnic shelter.

Cute lil park area , within a larger of many , has ball feilds and trails ,even a water park (closed school has started) but all and all lots happening there

Four baseball fields with a refreshment stand in the middle. Dogs are allowed on leash. Restrooms available.

Love this place, spent countless days playing soccer here with the Brushy Creek Cosmos(placed 3rd in the state, get u sum). Mostly a sports complex but also has a small water park and a pool. Nice place for family.

Great area to come out and walk. In the evenings, there are baseball games, so you can sit in the bleachers in the middle of the park and enjoy multiple games at once.

Great little XC trails area. Amazing to see how urban woodland was repurposed for recreational use. Trails are really well built and flowy, with thoughtful design that awards not just fitness but also finesse and basics like pumping and good cornering technique to generate speed. Hopefully this little gem continues to receive good maintenance and even expand. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the area.

Great road trip stop with kids. At noon on a Saturday the bathrooms were freshly clean. Playground for 2-5 and for 5-12 had lots of adventuresome climbing and slides. It’s got wear and tear. Park is large. And close to highway.

Nice facility, nice touch with the netting overhead in the concession area you don't see that much. Several big canopies overhead provide lots of shade almost covering the entire center area. Dugouts are roomy and the fields are nice, maintained really well.

Very family friendly, the water park has a great staff and a safe, clean environment. Would 100% recommend this place for a fun afternoon with the kids or your friends. Birthday parties and exclusive rentals are available by request for relatively inexpensive amounts.

Lakeside Park is a nice outdoor park. The pool opens in the summer. I walk my dogs there almost every week (the park has poop bags for you to clean up after your doggy 🐶.) Go touring around in the woods theres trails that leads to creeks that have crawdads in them. A nice playground for kids. (nice for outdoor parties) they also have tennis area, basketball goals, volleyball area also. There are a lot of creeps that sit in there cars so please be safe and bring a friend when venturing.

It's a nice place to play baseball, go swimming in the summer and or have a cook out and let the kids play in the playground there are a few basketball courts as well

Needs asphalt on basketball court - Done, great job. Now, can we have a couple of new picnic tables? Please?

The price for admission, was fair as were the concession stand prices, IF you shop wisley. You may want to bring Google's for your kids as the ones here were Dollar Tree value for $5.30. Life guards are very attentive, & staff is friendly.
