Wonderful experience. Fair prices. Down-to-earth business owner/operators. 11/10 would shop again. We got our bedroom suit a few years ago from here. Just a couple weeks ago, we got a new mattress and sofa as well. Great place to shop.

Large selection of great mattresses all sealed in plastic. The process from start to finish was wonderful! He listened to me and provided me all kinds of options and even helped me load them into my vehicle. Will definitely purchase from this store again when it’s time to get us a new queen mattress!

Listen. If you want to do business with people who care about their customers, this is the place for you! They sell quality product and they bent over backwards to make sure we had what we wanted. We've bought 3 or 4 mattresses from them at this point, and we'll definitely do business with them in the future!

TJ was great to work with. He communicated well and was willing to accommodate with us on our purchase. When he came to set everything up, he worked very hard and made sure that everything was exactly as it needed to be. It was great to do business with BoxDrop.

Got two sets of full mattresses for an awesome price. Very affordable furniture as well. Found the business on Letgo and it was really easy to get in touch with someone about purchasing the mattresses. TJ is a great help and a pleasure to do business with, very knowledgeable about what he sells and extremely polite. Had people coming in and out and you can tell he really cares about his customers. He also delivers in a reasonable time-frame. Very excited about my new mattresses!! So comfortable and it was a great experience.

Very pleased. I am sure my husband and I were probably some of the pickiest customers to come through...and with being on a budget...that makes it very hard to shop! Much less buying a mattress when you have two different styles of sleeping and..icing on the cake... my husband liked one mattress and I like another. After what seemed like 2 hours of debating and showing us probably every single mattress in house we found the perfect one! Needless to say the guy was more than helpful, patient and never once acted like he was annoyed. This was the most important thing to me. It is hard to drop money when you don't necessarily have to and even when you have to. So thank you for being kind and helpful. I will recommend your place to everyone looking for a mattress and I haven't even slept on mine yet! Just out of pure customer service! (But I am really excited about my new mattress!)

TJ was helpful throughout my time at the store. He took his time with me and helped me to choose the best mattress to fit my budget! Delivery was fast and effortless. I highly recommend Box Drop Greenville. TJ was super friendly and accommodating. We sent a message inquiring about a couch on a Saturday and heard back within minutes. He went above and beyond, driving over to show us the couch that day, even though it was his day off. He made sure to ask if we had gotten measurements and encouraged us to go home first and make sure the couch would fit before making a decision (since it was a rather large couch). So we did. We never felt pressured to buy or rushed to make a decision. When we called to let him know we wanted to buy the couch, he delivered it to our front door the next morning, brought it inside and helped us set it up. We also weren’t forced to pay beforehand, we were able to pay afterwards, after seeing the couch in our home completely set up and being satisfied with the result. Exceptional customer service, extremely punctual, excellent communication and super friendly guy! We definitely recommend BoxDrop Greenville. Thank you TJ!

I was suspicious but found the store. Tim was very knowledgeable and I was there for quite a while because other potential customers were in and out. Tim explained everything to me and without any pressure I decided what I wanted. It was set on a 3 month payoff. Tim and his wife and toddler brought the king mattress set that evening . I live about 30-40 miles away. They came, removed the old set, put it on the back of our truck and placed the new king set on our bed. I highly recommend him and his business practices.

We had been waking up for way too long with aches and pains and finally went to Boxdrop Greenville. Their customer service was phenomenal as they helped us understand the different mattresses and we were able to decide which one best met our needs. Wow! We are finally sleeping through the night and waking up refreshed and pain-free.

Great place to buy your mattresses at. I just got four new mattresses for my entire family spent less than $2,000 and got for beds. This place has great products at a great price. This place is so good they delivered my beds in 2 hours. I would highly recommend shopping here for your furniture needs.
