Highly recommend Craft Stove and Patio. Yes you may be able to find some of the things they sell at the big box stores, but you will never find the level of customer service you will find here. We worked with Beverly for a new gas log set for our fireplace, she answered every question we had, special orders were received timely with Beverly following up and letting us know it arrived. She also helped us when we thought about changing sizes and never pressured us in our decision making process. To top it all off she recommend Furman gas for installation and he was great as well. Go here, buy what you need, you will not be disappointed!

Bought an outdoor fireplace - their prices were very reasonable. Beverly was extremely helpful and patient explaining what I should look for. Not pushy at all. They didn't complain when I called several times to update the order. I would definitely buy from them again.

I filled my propane tanks and it cost $15 each. OMG! They wear heavier than normal!! They must have add my things bolts at the top. I don't think I've ever had that before. 😂 It is easy access very nice atmosphere :)The gentleman at craftt and stove were very helpful and kind!

They helped me select the right components to install a wood burning stove in my workshop. Very helpful and full of good advice. They even walked me out into their storage area to show me an example of a chimney going through a metal roof.

I bought my first wood stove here and have been back a few times for parts and I think this is a one-stop shop for all your stove needs. They know what they are doing, always answer the phone and are courteous. I don't think anyone else has the experience or the knowledge.

Haven't bought anything yet but folks were super friendly and knowledgeable and they have a great selection and prices seem reasonable. Will be buying my gas logs from them when I am ready

Nice people, but they pitched me on vent free gas logs. I didnt think there were fireplace shops that even carried those anymore, because they put all the fumes into your house and elevate NO2 levels. Under that logic, i might as well put a 1981 kerosene space heater in my living room. These folks seemed up to date on wood burning, but about 30 years behind on gas logs.
