I just had a poor experience on the phone call with this CPA firm. About a Business Tax Question. It didn't go well at all. There are definitely better CPA firms in the Greenville area, then this joke of a outfit.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. After using them last year and having a question about my employer misfiling my state taxes and whether it would be best to have my employer correct the filing, they changed me for 2 hours of time and I still had to have my employer fix it. My tax preparation costs were high but I paid them because when I asked they said the only way to answer my question was to spend the time prepping the taxes both ways. Fine. This year, I went to use them again and because I had the audacity to ask for a ballpark estimate of the preparation costs beforehand since I am already going to have to pay in to the IRS, they told me to have my taxes prepared elsewhere becuase they didn't want to get into a discussion about their fees. So, if you want to have any idea what you cost will be, good luck. They would rather refuse your business than give you a ballpark price for a simple return.
