Excellent customer service and outstanding selection of comfort shoes. I came in after work today on the prowl for more comfortable boots. Mrs. Sarah Rice politely approached me and told me about the BOGO minus%40 promo. We children chatted about how it is so rare to be spoken to nicely these days as we both work in the service industry. I work in public secondary education and Mrs Star works retail. Great experience, great prices and great selection of shoes. I will be back next month to get myself an early birthday gift. Thaaaanks, Mrs Sara Rice! Update: Back again on 4/26/22 for Mother's day gifts. Got just what I needed and enjoyed talking with Mrs. Pat. Come check them out!

Good selection of boots (why I was there). Prices for the boot I wanted was very close to online price.
They have "stocking" covers for your foot to protect the shoes and your foot from anyone's cooties who may have tried them on without them.
Will gladly continue to do business with them.

Had what we were looking for. Tag discounts are taken off the orginal tag and not the reduced price, little misleading. We look here first before buying shoes or boots.

I like visiting GB Shoes. The salespeople are generally nice and do not hover over you, which gives you amble time to shop. As a veteran I also appreciate being able to receive military discounts as well... My only "complaint" is that the website doesn't permit the use of the military discount.

Great selection but watch the prices

GB shoes on Pleasantburg Rd. Is fantastic! We recently moved to the area from South Florida and love this store. Huge selections at a great price.

Great place. They don’t just have shoes. They have clothing and some other things as well. The staff is very nice and helpful and they have a generally good selection of pretty much reasonably priced shoes. I like the back wall for clearance since those prices are even better if you can find the shoe you want in your size.

Always great prices on quality footwear

Went in with my mother, who isn't walking very well. Got a sales clerk, Katie to help us. She was wonderful. With Mother's very narrow feet it is hard to find she's that fit. Katie went above and beyond in helping us. Highly recommend the store.

It was a great visit today. Right now they have buy 1 get 50% off 2nd pair, and the items I bought were on sale to boot. I saved significantly. I might run back before the weekend is up to pickup something I was on the fence about.

This place has a pretty large selection of shoes. They prices are fair. On my visit there were no lines at the checkout. I was able to easily find what I wanted and checkout in a timely manner.

Good buys on Alegria shoes! I also wanted a pair of Vionic shoes that were not available in my size in store, so they ordered some to be shipped to my house (free shipping). All this, and I still got the early bird discount! Yay!

I purchased a pair of shoes two months ago that separated at the sole. I no longer had the box or my receipt. Staff was very helpful and allowed me to return the shoes for store credit. Solid customer service and I will continue to buy shoes from GB Shoes in the future.

Friendly clerks, good prices shoes for ladies, men, and children. They have some clothes, love the scarves and shoulder wraps; they make good gifts ideas. They run good sales on everthing.
