St. Francis Therapy Center - St. Francis Eastside

I have had the need for PT at this facility twice, each requiring multiple visits, and I've had nothing but good experiences. PT staff are professional, caring, and polite. The staff at the front desk are polite and efficient. I had Paula, Physical Therapist who treating me for BPPV (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo) successfully and skillfully resolving my problem in the first session (but I went back a second to just to confirm it was gone). It was absolutely amazing how this completely disorienting condition can be so "magically" and successfully treated by a skilled and knowledgeable person, as Paula is. Also, I have been attending PT there now, having had 6 visits for knee pain, as yet undiagnosed, but after each visit I feel stronger and knee discomfort is reduced. Physical Therapist Brian, and Physical Therapy Assistant Rhonda have been great help. Thanks to all.

I have seen Jeremiah Blankenship off and on for 2 years. He is knowledgeable and good at educating the patient. I prefer the system here at St. Francis over the other pt places I have tried. The treatment is more individualised. Everyone I have dealt with in the office is pleasant and efficient.

All of my PTs are the best and I’ve been going to this facility for years! It’s a blessing when you find physical therapists that care.

This place is horrible, i recently was referred a appointment at this place and the lady i spoke with couldn’t even give me simple directions on how to get there. I’m not familiar with the area. I am very disappointed and will not be doing any occupational therapy at this location.
