I am here visiting a sick friend and it is my first time in SC. I went to lowes to pick up some necessities for her and was so grateful for the friendly helpful employees. Everyone was kind, friendly and helpful but 2 really took their time to help me. The first gentleman was Sandy and he was so helpful, took the time to help me look for everything I needed. Another superstar employee was Leland. What a beautiful community Greenville is. I can't wait to return hopefully for a vacation to truly enjoy the beauty that is here.

This Lowe’s was like my second home for two years! I worked in project management for a construction company and basically came to this particular store everyday.

I have more experience with the Pro Team (Richard, Lynn, Alan) than the other side. I can’t speak more highly of them. They all bust their butts to be as helpful and efficient for their contractors as possible, often coming in early so that things go more smoothly. Super thankful for them, the way they work, and having gotten to know them. The bonus is they are just fun.

Also, I returned material OFTEN. The guys that helped me unload (Vic, Caleb, Alex, Juan, Zach, and of course Andrew) are actual champs and were always (well… let’s just the vast majority of always 😉) willing to help.

One downside (which is not on the employees of Lowe’s) is the delivery system which is hired out to third party contractors is not good at all. Frequent mistakes which causes a lot of headaches for customers/contractors. I think they are working through those kinks though (I’ve since moved on from that job so not sure).

Went in tonight , worked with a young lady (name started with an A) and mike ! Both were amazing and made my shopping experience seamless! Highly recommend seeing these two if you’re in the market for a washer and dryer !

The store reps were great! Very helpful! I found everything we needed for our projects. Check out was a breeze!

We went to purchase Christmas lights. They had a great selection and helpful staff. We found everything we needed to decorate our tree.

I am very delayed on writing this review. I came to this Lowe’s location and need assistance. A gentleman by the name of Michael Cole went above and beyond to help me, and also he is very knowledgeable. Hoping he is still with the company and at this location, as he is truly an asset to Lowe’s and should be complimented on his abilities, efforts and customer service. Thanks Michael!

Great store, well stocked, fair prices but staff could be much more helpful as they try to turn away when seeing someone struggling to find an item.

I had a delivery this morning for cabinets and I was missing 3 due to error in the paperwork (it happens not upset). I went in to get it sorted out and Sherri, Martin, and Mark (Martin) all were there in customer service and got me sorted out. On top of that they kept small talk going and made the whole experience a good one!

This is my favorite Lowe's not just because the location is amazing and they always seem to have what I seek AT the right price but some of the team are just SPECIAL folks. Look for Will in the camo vest -He's a veteran and just makes me smile and feel happy. He goes above and beyond and REALLY cares about people!!!!
My home needed a little sprucing up before the holidays *smiles*

I had to purchase a new stove and after shopping around I got one from Lowe's. That was on Sunday. Delivery was set for Friday with a window of 10am - 2pm. Well, we all know what that means right... Wrong promptly at 9:45 am the delivery driver called and said he would be at my house in 30 mins. Lowe's, you continue to impress me. Please keep up the good work.

I went there to buy my mom a new element for her oven, but they do not sell parts, but the lady gave me the name and number of someone who did. Which was a great help. UPDATE: it's 1/17/24 today, I went there last week to get some wood ,to build a shelf in my kitchen, after I decided which wood I wanted , I asked a guy ,who was cleaning the floor, who do i talk to about getting my wood cut, he informed me that the machine was broken. So 2 days later I called and the person told me it was still broken. This is the closest location to me, I live between woodruff and Greenville, so ended up having to get the wood from the greer location. When I'm off, I have to get as much done as possible, and not being able to get my wood, was a big inconvenience.

No complaints. I typically use the app to make sure inventory is available and I’ve never run into any problems. You can also find things where the app says they’ll be located. The employees are always very helpful and easy to find.

I've never been more helped in any store than I was today by Rodney! He spent at least 30 minutes helping me pick out appropriate dimmers for what I now know are single pole and 3-way pole switches. He took his time to explain (and then repeat many times) what each of these switches were and why I needed them for what I was trying to do. I'm happy to say that I got the single pole dimmer switch installed without error on the first try. The harder project is for tomorrow, but happy with what was accomplished today. I really didn't anticipate to walk out of Lowe's having learned one of my first valuable home ownership skills. Please make sure that Rodney knows that it was a pleasure talking to and learning from him!

I had a great experience today. Robert in the tile area was great! He went above and beyond to take care of me. Thank you. The world needs more people like him!

Came from Florida where Home Depot is the primary store and did not understand everyone’s obsession with Lowe’s here until I went.

The absolute best employees. Even when you could tell they were short staffed and the question you were asking was not in that person’s department, they would find you the answer and help needed.

Great selection and great prices. The older gentleman in plumbing has always been especially helpful and patient with my unknowable questions.

Really thankful to this store and customer service manager Tonya, she took care of a difficult return, I took about an hour of her time but she was extremely professional and committed to assisting me with my transaction. She is a true asset to not only this location but to Lowe’s in general. Extremely satisfied customer.
