Interstate Self Storage

Great place and I would have been there 20 years in September. Once had 5 units when building house.
Only improvements I would like is removal of fire doors in halls and outside doors should have some type automatic opener

I used storage facilities in Colorado, California, Florida, and in Greenville South Carolina.
Let me tell you, the best experience I had so far was at interstate self storage in Greenville. Ms. Haley and Ms. Stephanie got your interests in mind, and they will go out of their way to accommodate all of your storage needs. Respectful, polite, customer service oriented and above all pleasant and professional people that go out of their way to provide a pleasant experience no matter what you need.
I stored my boat there and personal belongings in a storage unit. A well kept, clean and secure facility.
Ms. Haley along with Ms Stephanie will go out of their way to ensure you have a pleasant experience. Folks, they are the epitome of customer service and Southern hospitality.
Ms. Haley and Ms. Stephanie: THANK YOU! For what you do and for making my stay pleasurable and for your help during move in and out.

Great location at a great price with the best staff. Kalea helped us and she was so kind, knowledgeable and got us going in no time. The storage facility is clean and I feel safe with my things there, as well and going back and forth. Highly recommend.

This has been a great place to store things until I find an affordable place of my own. Staff is very nice and respectable.

Rented 2 units for a short term rental (3 Mo's), was assisted with the rental by Kalea who is fantastic to deal with. I was given excellent rates, the units were both very clean, well lit, and easy to access from everywhere but also within the facility. The facility also seems very secure and they also spoke to me by name on the property as they know who comes thru the gate at all times.

These people are amazing. Easiest process ever. When I am in need again I know who to contact. Thank you all

Stephanie runs Interchange like a (friendly) well-oiled machine! We visited the site two weeks before our move to pick a unit to hold the overflow from our "downsizing". We ended up needing a second unit temporarily and she made that the smoothest part of our rocky move. Couldn't recommend more highly!

Great place to store your items! Also, super friendly staff. Any time I left a message or sent a text, I got a quick response back. Facility is clean and set up where it is easy to move items into the storage unit.

I moved from California to South Carolina in January because of work and the house I was supposed to rent was a wreck. It was advertised as new paint/carpet etc. I was stranded with no where to go and a 16ft truck that I needed to unload before Monday to return the truck and start work. I called this facility and Stephanie told me they were closing in 20 mins. They wouldn't be back open until Monday morning. I needed to empty the truck over the weekend. I explained my situation and she was kind enough to wait for me to get there, even though they were already closed. They went above and beyond for me and I didn't have to miss any work. I highly recommend this storage facility.

Interstate Self Storage is the best! Ownership is always helpful, readily available, and kind! It is also the perfect location- right off of Woodruff road! I have been here for 3 years and I can promise you will not regret your decision is storing here!

I have had two units with them over the past few years. I have nothing but positive things to say about them. They are understanding of things happen. They work with you anyway possible. If I could recommend a storage suggestion to anyone I would defiantly recommend Interstate Self Storage. I am very happy with my experience with them.

This self Storage center is open 24/7 great rates for their storage units and honestly I couldn't ask for more privacy once you get your building they don't ask of anything else from you is a great quiet place and again it's open all the time so no matter the time you can always access your things to your convenience

I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The lady that helped us on Saturday went out of her way to help us and we were very grateful for all she done.

I was welcomed and the lady gave me all the proper and necessary paperwork and I felt like it was a good choice to rent a space there
