Great location. The inside rooms are nice. Outside rooms are okay.

They are always friendly and helpful! Nice secure facilities with easy access and plenty of room. Have had a unit here for years and never had a problem or issue!

I came in today to transfer my unit to a larger unit and was helped by Angie. She gave me all of the information I needed and even helped me figure out how to save some money! She was very friendly and efficient. Thanks Angie!!

Angie was very pleasant on the phone. When we arrived she showed us the different spaces. It was a good experience overall. On line reservations very simple. Definitely would recommend.

My experience at public storage on pine knoll drive was great! Dena at the front desk was super helpful, friendly, and courteous and also patient. There was a problem with the unit I had originally received through the app, so I wasn't gonna be able to use that one and she helped me find another unit that met the requirements my husband and I needed. It took a little bit longer than expected but neither her nor I seemed to mind due to the fact that she was like I mentioned earlier friendly and patient and fast to get things taken care of. I will definitely be recommending Public Storage to all of my family and friends and I look forward to doing business with her and Public Storage on Pine Knoll Dr for the rest of the time I need my unit.

Angie was a great help! Renting a unit over the summer and she was very clear and kind throughout the whole process. Storage unit is also perfect !!

This may be unusual as I too am a Property Manager at Public Storage, but I must PUBLICALLY Recognize ANGIE, the PM at Pine Knoll Rd, for not only the GREAT WAY she takes care of her own customers, but how Neverending helpful she is with her teammates! She's been w/PS for over 5 yrs & continues to make herself available when the rest of us have questions re: how to give the best service in situations we haven't dealt w/before. Way to go Angie! YOU are truly an ASSET to both Public Storage AND our our customers!

I want to personally say that ANGIE is the best associate there! Hands down! She has always been very nice and there for me if I ever needed anything! Been a customer here two years now… and it’s been nothing but bliss ☺ & also it’s very clean there.

Great experience! Lisa was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. I was a little worried at first due to problems I've had in the past with previous storage units but Lisa explained how safe and secure the property at all times!!! I'm comfortable now knowing that this location has such an excellent staff that actually value their customers.

Angie is great!. The space i was recommended was on point, due to traveling. In addition, Angie customer skills show she is knowledge about her position. Just moved out, but Angie made the experience simple and easy.

Dani gave me great professional service and very friendly. I had a problem with my bill and in a matter of an hour Dani had everything fixed. Dani did a great job at communicating the problem with her boss and contacted me back that everything had been corrected, she should be the face of this company, I will continue to use her! Thank you for such great service.

This was my first time ever using a storage facility and Dani made the process very seemless. She took the time to explain the contract and made me feel at ease with storing my belongings within the property. She gave me a tour and was very thorough with the offerings of each unit and provided her experience for the amount of items I would be storing. She is pleasant, professional, and courteous. I would highly recommend this location for the customer service and rates that I received.

I can honestly say that my experience dealing with Ms. Dani has been wonderful. I have been dealing with some issues and Ms. Dani has been so calm and helpful and genuinely concerned for my situation. I came in to rent a unit at Public storage and Yolanda was very helpful and friendly. She took me to different size units to see which one was the best for me. She has great customer service skills. The property was clean and well kept. She has a sprained and she still did the work without and problem. I would recommend this property to friends and family.

Lisa was fantastic. She had all the answers to my questions, and the patience to deal with me politely even though i had a very impatient seven year old with me. The unit she showed me was clean, and the property looked well taken care of. If you are looking for someplace you can feel safe putting your belongings this is certainly the place. Not to mention they even have moving supplies to ensure your stuff gets there in as perfect condition as it left your place in. Thank you public storage for having an employee who cares so much for her tenants.

I have been at this property for a long time. Actually since 1997 and I have never had any issues here the property it is clean and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about your storage needs. Yolanda is the property manage there and she has great customer service skills and she always has a smile on her face. It is very secure and I really like that. I would recommend this property to anyone that needs to store their items.

Lisa was so nice. She was very busy when I went in but she took her time with me. Explained everything well. Alerted me to specials and was organized and quick. If you're reading reviews to find a storage space look no further. The storage spaces looked immaculate, the actual lot seems very well taken care of and very safe and secure. The location is convenient, the service fast and everything that would make storing convenient is offered.
