What an experience! When you walk into the front door of Shaw's Pharmacy you step back into another century. Dark wooden shelving and antique medical equipment adds to the feel of being a hundred years in the past. The pharmacist looks like he just stepped out of a 1930 gentlemen's clothing catalog. Don't miss out on this unique place when visiting Greenville, SC. Of course, the shelves are filled with things you would find in any pharmacy. Things like an old apothecary scale, porcelain bedpan, and so much more are interspersed with articles to buy. The atmosphere is reserved and warm. The pharmacist and his staff are absolutely tops in customer care! Shaw's Pharmacy is one of the few compounding pharmacies in Greenville that also make pet medicines. Highly recommend!

I get a compound cream for my face at Shaws. I also use compound cream for the pain in my hands. Shaws was able to make them both at a lesser price than other pharmacies. Mr Turner and his associate are very knowledgeable and caring. I really appreciate them.

Shaw’s is a Greenville mainstay. Unlike chain pharmacies, they offer a comprehensive line of walkers, any kind of orthopedic device one might need and personal service. They are independently owned and operated. One of a kind. I hope Shaw’s never closes. It’s one of the few remaining places in Greenville that is just as good today as it was 40 years ago. When I had foot surgery, Shaw’s was the only place that had the foot support I needed. The gentleman helped me get the correct size for my foot. A true service oriented business.

We have been here twice. Both times we received excellent service and thorough directions for medications we received. This pharmacy is a pleasure to use!

A delightful experience and a welcoming building. A clean and well-kept interior that is designed in such a welcoming way. As well as a great experience talking to the pharmacist who is incredibly knowledgeable.

Shaw’s Pharmacy is like walking back in time to the pharmacies of my youth! Medicine is on time and in stock. Dr. Turner is very nice and dapperly dressed in suit, tie and white coat!

I’ve been using this Pharmacy for 20 years. My dermatologist sent them a “Compounding” prescription for me and then 5 yrs later I bought a house 2 blocks away. Glad that they are my neighborhood Pharmacy.
Everyone has always been very helpful, nice, and reasonably priced.

I've been here a half dozen times or more. It's a throwback experience to when all pharmacies were local businesses. A few of them still are and Shaw's is one of them. It's a very pleasant and modern interior and everyone is very nice. My experience is that when there are several people in front of me the wait can be longer than a CVS. That's fine. I just take a deep breath and take it all in. It's a very nice store.

I used this pharmacy for a compounded prescription for three years, and my children and I always treated with kindness and respect every time we came in. My orders were always ready when they said they would be (or before). Only one time was there a mistake (due to a computer error, not the pharmacist), and I got more medication than I needed. They fixed the issue promptly and with no extra work on my part. I would definitely recommend them.

By only my second visit the pharmacist greeted me by name. I didn't even have to remind him what I was there for and once I got to the counter he immediately prepared my prescription right there on the spot. He's the sweetest man in town and I love looking at all the old time pharmaceutical tools he has displayed. It's a big relief from these big, busy and sometimes rude corporate pharmacies.

I came here for my first time a couple of days ago and Charles and his staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and helpful. The level of service they provided… You just don’t see that anymore these days. I’m so glad that my friend recommended Shaw’s Pharmacy and I will definitely only go there from now on for any compounded meds I need.

They are a compounding pharmacy. They also have assistive devices such as canes, compression stockings, and bedside commodes. They are very helpful to customers, such as helping my husband know which compression hose to buy and giving advice and demonstration of how to put them on.

Very nice customer service. Our dog Lola needed liquid Viagra for her heart and Shaw's Pharmacy is the only one who carried it. Thank you

This is not only a pharmacy, but the best place to get your medical supplies. The staff are amazingly sweet and helpful.

They are very adept at compounding a prescription.They have a wide variety of help full things like a 45 degree wedge for your bed. Special pillows. All kinds of canes, and limb raps and braces. A wand to help lotion the back. ECT.

He makes my little dogs antibiotics. Very smart and caring man. He doesn't just depense meds . He makes them. That is a very smart man. Again I cannot say enough about this pharmacy. Excellent service and caring.

Charles is very nice. I had to get a prescription compounded. He got it done for me and gave me a call. It was also inexpensive. Very polite man.
