Had a great experience in the store a few months back. I wanted to see the Sactional couches and fabrics and get a feel for the size, depth and quality of them. I was very impressed with all the options but a few months later my husband was the one who needed additional convincing. His argument was that it was too expensive. However, I won him over and here’s how…all the hard pieces of these couches (framework, legs) have a lifetime warranty. The inserts and covers have a three year warranty—they are also removable and washable (cold wash, line dry). These sectionals are no more expensive than Crate and Barrel, West Elm, Pottery Barn, Burrow, Joybird (you get the idea). I placed the order on a Sunday and had 11 boxes in my garage three days later. A lot of furniture right now is on back-order so I was very impressed and super happy to have it so quickly. It took the better part of a day for me to assemble everything (we ordered 4 seats and 5 sides). Watch the YouTube videos and take your time. There are a lot of helpful pieces of information in those videos. It’s a time consuming process and an exercise in patience but it IS possible.
Put some good music on, take breaks, and take your time. Assembling this couch gave me such an appreciation for the quality of everything. I have already recommended Lovesac to several friends and can’t wait to order two more seats so we can have the monster-movie-watching-couch. Absolutely worth it. I kinda want to work for Lovesac now because of how much I love my own couch 💕 I doubt you will be disappointed—if you are it’s only because you want more pieces to add on 😬

Lisa was so knowledgeable and delightful to work with. No pressure. We went in just to look but there was a good sale ending that day and we decided to take advantage of it. We bought a sectional, love sac and pillows. They haven’t arrived yet. But our experience in the store was excellent.

Gabriel was great love the store and all the different things you can do with just one set of their furniture. Price is up there. I wish they would open one up in Knoxville Tn.

We order our Lovesac a few weeks ago and it literally came in a week as promised. We haven’t taken it out of the box yet, so I can not comment on the actual couch yet. However, we’ve been pleased with our purchasing experience at the Haywood mall store. Store manager Gabriel, and staff, have responded quickly to our questions and made the process enjoyable. We are excited to setup our couch!! Thank you for your excellent customer service!

We worked with two different sales representatives. They were both very helpful. I also received a shipping notification the same day I ordered! I can’t wait to receive my new sactional!

Very knowledgeable, friendly, and no pressure at all to make a purchase! Despite the multiple questions I asked not only in store, but through e-mail as well, no one ever seemed to get annoyed! 100% recommend signing up for e-mail notifications when sales are about to happen!

Wow… just wow! Not only is the Love Sac sofa beautiful, but it is made very well and easy to assemble. I recommend watching the videos that they send you. Once we got started, it was smooth sailing. We got the 6seat/5back and sides…this thing is massive and so comfy. Thank you Love Sac…The Posey’s.

The staff at the Haywood mall location was amazing. They were friendly and very knowledgeable about the different lovesac products. They helped us through the whole process and made it easy. We just received our couches and stealthTec system and so far so good.

We had a small issue with our covers and cushions. Gabriel, from Luvsacs in Haywood mall, worked with us to resolve the issue. Within two days, we had new cushions on the way. That was way more than I expected. As a matter of fact, I never mentioned new cushions. Gabriel handled everything above and beyond the call of duty, in my opinion.

Drove four hours to see a couch in person and loved my appointment with Brittany. They were busy for Labor Day and although I'm still trying to decided on fabric I really appreciated all of the info I received as I'm now almost ready to purchase thanks to the appointment.

Also, just want to note that I appreciate that they are still open through Covid & I appreciated their cleanliness and safety guidelines. I will be calling Brittany soon to complete my order! x0x kL

My experience was awesome. I had looked at the Lovesac website, but the showroom visit was a real learning experience as far as seeing how the sactionals are constructed. Brittany was extremely knowledgeable and explained all the different options. After asking us some basic information questions, she made suggestions and helped us come up with an appropriate group of pieces to meet our needs and which will allow us to add on in the future!

My experience was great at Lovesac in Greenville, SC. Landon was my sales person and she was amazing and super helpful to explain the advantages of owning a lovecac couch. Gabriel helped me with a issue that came up during checkout and was able to resolve it very professionally.

Gabriel in the Greenville, SC store was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He knew exactly what to ask in order to find out what worked best for our family. We look forward to our love sac arriving and will most certainly work with Gabriel again when we’re ready to purchase more.

Extremely helpful staff! One of their employees by the name of Will was absolutely incredible. He is very knowledgeable on all of the products and should absolutely be promoted to work for the corporate office. His customer service skills were above and beyond! I will definitely be back solely due to that!

I had the pleasure of working mainly with Kelly at this store. But she and her coworkers were extremely helpful. Answered all my questions, and were patient with me. They even gave some advice for this single guy to help with color scheme ideas and layouts because let’s be honest, sometimes a woman’s touch is very much needed. Great store, great employees. Great help. Thanks ladies!

Marjorie the sales person was wonderful. She explained how the sectional we wanted worked and helped us with color samples. She did not pressure us. Gave us a quote and we went home to discuss. We called Marjorie the same day and purchased our sectional. We revived emails from love sac and tutorials for the set up.

Lisa is very good at helping determine the best configuration, for the best money. She helped us get the right fabric for our family, including dogs, and helped me decide on the right colors, too. I was extremely impressed.

Ordered a BIG ONE and could not be happier with the product and the staff! The SAC came separately from the cover to give it time to plump up and it was even fun to toss it around to get air into it and figure out the perfect place for it to sit! When the cover came, the directions were so easy and now that its on, it feels like napping on a cloud! I had a question for customer service and LISA was amazing and so professional! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AND HIGH QUALITY PRODUCT!!! I AM TELLING EVERYONE ABOUT IT!
