I had an outstanding experience at Family Dental Health of Donaldson. Dr. Wilson’s personalized introduction and clear explanation of the root canal procedure immediately put me at ease. His expertise and genuine care were evident throughout, making the process comfortable. Stephanie, his assistant, was exceptional in providing gentle support.

The staff are extremely welcoming exhibiting great customer service. The hygienist is knowledgeable and very pleasant. Dr. Wilson is knowledgeable and makes a dental visit worth the while, taking out all anxiety that could come with a visit to the dentist! Great visit and great office! I recommend it to everyone!

Once I found the correct location everything was great. The Xrays were professionally taken. The cleaning and exam went flawlessly. The Dental assistant and the Dentist were pleasant and professional. Only issue is the appointment text reminder needs to be updated with specific location since Family Denistry has so many locations. I actually went to the wrong location about 20 miles away from where I should have been. Other than that I am thoroughly satisfied with the service received.

By far the best dental experience I've had in years. The staff is friendly and very professional from the moment you walk in and throughout your appointment. Highly recommended.

I had 4 bad teeth in my mouth, I’m already afraid of the dentist. This is one dentist I would recommend any human to go to. Dr K was amazing he didn’t hurt me at ALL. I was numb and he pulled out all four teeth in literally 10 mins including with the numbing ‼ Thank God for making you a dentist♥ my experience 100% GREAT

My crown (done by a different dentist) came off the night before I had a field trip with my daughter. I left a voicemail and they called right when they opened. I explained the situation and they got me in immediately! Within 10 minutes I had an X-ray, I was checked out and on my way with my crown firmly in place! I love this entire dentist office. From the moment you walk in until you leave, you are treated by the friendliest group of people you could ask for. I cannot say enough good things about them. I only wish I had found them sooner 🧡

I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and Dr. K! I have felt welcomed since day one. I walked in with many issues and here I am now, halfway to being whole again a few months later. Very warming, professional, yet friendly environment. Would definitely recommend them!

This dentist office literally is giving me LIIIIFE! I'm a novice plants woman, Christie not only took care of my teeth but also gifted new a cutting of her swiss cheese plant. She gave me tips to help me along the way. Grace has that million dollar smile that inspires you to floss TWICE a day. Jessica gave me whitening tips and I trust her model as she is ABSOLUTELY RADIANT. Dr. Kick lighter is so down to earth. He is charmingly disarming. We could like totally hangout, even though he is from GA. (All those folks yelling, "Go Dawgs" is highly sus around here. Just saying.)

Update: 12/12/22 Dr. Kicklighter and his super friendly SMILE SQUAD of beautiful people are still kicking @$$ when it comes to customer service in dental care. Like, for real, who actually gets excited to go to the dentist...ME...that's who.

Family Dental Health of Donaldson have been awesome! I can't say enough good things about my experience so far with them. The staff and dentists are extremely friendly, helpful, and very kind. They have gotten me in quickly, usually same day with dental emergencies and have been very thorough with everything regarding myself and my dental health. I definitely recommend this place for you and your family!

Started going to this dentist around June 2022. My overall experience was great. The front desk receptionist was great, she always went over and beyond to get me an appointment that, would fit my work schedule needs, I Really appreciate!!.that my dentist was always friendly. I got a total of three teeth removed, each experience was quick and comfortable.I healed, very fast. I definitely would recommend this practice to friends and family. This group is the best dental office I have ever been to. Everything from the customer service at the front to the quick resolution to any issues that arise with the treatment and procedures. A true Delta Dental provider to cover the insurance part. Thank you Dr. Kicklighter and team.

Today, 2 May, Kathy and Dr. Wilson, checked the fit of my future upper and lower partials. Kathy matche the color o fthe teeth for them like a perfectionist. Ihave no doubt that my smile will be back ans natural again, with no missing teeth. They are a great team! Dr Culpepper, who started this dental practice decades ago, has been succeeded by several other fine dentist. Dr. Wilson, who is there now, is another truly caring, professional dentist, whom I greatly appreciate. My opinion is based on 86 yers of dental work I've received and because my odler brother was a professor of oral surgery at Marquette Dental Schoool in Milwaukee. The staff at Family Dental, its new name, is caring and professional too. The office staff is always helpful and friendly. I have been pleased with our care for over 6 years.
