Palmetto Proactive is truly the best medical clinic I have EVER been to or that I will probably ever go to… I didn’t even think places this good actually existed. The team, the level of care, and feeling like you’re genuinely being cared for like family has been surreal. These are GOOD PEOPLE making a real difference in peoples lives. Dr File deserves 10 stars. I can’t forget to mention how incredibly affordable it is, and how they will take into account your budget when finding the right prescriptions and treatment for you. Thank y’all so much!

One stop shop. If you don't have insurance or if your job sends you here, you're in great hands! The whole team has a positive attitude, and they get you in out in a timely manner. Dr. J is the best! He genuinely listens to your concerns and works with you to achieve the healthiest version of you. If you need a check up or urgent care type visit come here!

We utilize this facility for our primary healthcare for work, and it’s been the best experience I’ve had with anything medically related, probably ever. Every visit felt personal, relaxed, and professional. My family and I have always been given answers when necessary and options when available, never pushed in one direction or the other with treatment.

I was initially disappointed that they were not open on the weekends, but my previous review was followed up on almost immediately! Not to address the score of my review, but to find out if I was taken care of and found the help my family needed. That’s next level in my opinion.

Palmetto Proactive does have an after hours line that doctors can respond to when on call for over the phone discussion and treatment options by the way. Very cool, and very clutch for my family this weekend.

I have been a subscriber to there plan for over a year. I have always been satisfied with the service they provide. Never had a problem with the office staff or my Dr.. Actually, my Dr has been great. Listens to my concerns and has always given me good medical advice. I highly recommend.

I have never been fan of going to the DR at all. This place has changed my perspective completely! The office staff is AMAZING! So friendly and understanding and I cannot praise Dr Davies enough. The monthly plan that they have is extremely affordable considering all that they can do in house. I am SO glad I found this place & can actually look forward to DR visits now.

My father was Dr. Pete Manos. After he passed away I thought I'd never find anyone like him with compassion and someone that would actually listen to his patients which is hard to find until Dr Aye Ay. I recommend him to anyone . Palmetto Proactive ladies up front are always nice , helpful and actually smile!

I have the membership with Palmetto Proactive through my work and I can't recommend this place enough. The staff is always very helpful and considerate. The membership costs are incredibly affordable and are a great service for those without insurance.

We have consistently had great experiences at Palmetto Proactive! It’s what I have always wished a visit to the doctors office could look like: efficient, affordable and relaxing. This place is amazing! By not accepting insurance they can charge lower rates for service. The cost of service is realistic.

Everyone who works there seems to be very knowledgeable in their departments. Even more impressive, everyone seems to understand the organization's vision.

Dr. Powers has treated me on two occasions. She makes things comfortable and easy. Five stars for the business and five stars for Dr. Powers.

This is the best medical experience I have had in 30 years when doctors were really concerned and listened. Dr. Powers (although young) utilizes wisdom along with her clinical training which is a breath of fresh air. Although I have insurance, I like this business model concept, there is no hidden charges or unexpected bills later--which is just an illusion that the insurance took care of everything. The great office staff along with the doctors are a great combination for one who is actually proactive about one's own health and seeking a doctor with a sense of working with you not against you--which is worth paying for!

I absolutely love Palmetto Proactive Healthcare. The staff is always professional, but laid back and fun enough to always make you feel welcome and comfortable. I see Dr. Padilla, and i can’t say enough amazing things about her. Dr.Padilla took time to listen to me, and assure me I wasn’t crazy, even when i felt it. She is kind, Caring and takes pride in her work. Dr.Padilla fought for me with a specialist to get me the care i needed, and made sure i got what i needed. She has truly changed my life! So glad i have found this practice & Dr.Padilla♥

Very clean and professional. Prices are reasonable and clearly posted on the monitors throughout the office and exam rooms. Nurses and staff were warm and friendly, and the Dr was professional and courteous. It was a breath of fresh air after having dealt with the cold, often contemptuous staff of GHS. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Palmetto Proactive, and will recommend their services to anyone, regardless of insurance coverage.

BEST in the upstate! I have been Dr. Aya-Ay and Dr. Cannon' s patient since they were residents and neither has EVER let me down. The same goes for the entire staff. I send my employees (and everyone else I know) to their offices and no one is ever disappointed. I live in the other coast now and am coming back to see THESE doctors because no one compares.

I also need to add that I have great insurance but I chose to go here and pay.

We love palmetto proactive. Our family of 5 could not afford insurance but we needed to have a family doctor. We have the monthly palmetto proactive membership and now have medi share as our “catastrophic” insurance. It has SAVED us thousands and thousands of dollars. We feel so relieved knowing Anyone in our family can go to the doctor as many times as we need to and that it’s covered in our inexpensive monthly membership. We have seen mostly Dr. Aya-Ay and he actually takes the time to talk to us, he knows my family, and we’re not rushed out of the office so the doctor can see the next patient. This is what a doctors office should be all about. I had to be referred to a specialist and they called around to find me the best office, with the best price, that would accept medi share. We are extremely thankful for Palmetto Proactive, they are very reasonably priced, very caring, and friendly, and a great doctors office. We tell anyone we know to look into it!!

I initially went to Palmetto Proactive from a friend's recommendation. I have now been going (as needed) for a year. I have seen a couple of doctors in the practice. Dr. Aya-Ay and Dr. Powers have been excellent to listen to my concerns and take time to listen to my symptoms and treat as necessary.

I would highly recommend this practice as primary care group or as a urgent care facility.

There has never been much of a wait and the office is the cleanest medical facility that I have seen in a very long time!

I started coming here when I was between insurance coverages, and even though I've had my insurance back for years, I continue to come here. Because the doctors CARE, to a degree that I have not found anywhere else. They listen to everything you have to say, they give you the time you need, they follow up with any previous problems. Their pricing is upfront, and what they charge for tests is usually less expensive than my insurance copay would be anywhere else. THEY ARE DOING EVERYTHING RIGHT. I recommend them to everyone.

I am so fortunate that my spouse's employer offers Palmetto Procative membership as a supplement to Blue Cross. As I look back on 2016 I realize that I have saved well over $2,200.00 in medical expenses by being a member. I have had x-rays, blood work , physicals, surgery clearance visits, as well as other services, at no cost to me. The Doctors are professional, confident and right on with their treatment.

My doctor had a blood glucose and blood pressure monitor sent to me at Palmetto's expense. Now I take daily reading of both, and the results are transferred wirelessly by my cell phone to Palmetto. Ocassionally I get a call if something is out of whack. It is nice to know I am being monitored by people that truly care!

The staff is awesome as well. I recently had a foot surgery and had to pick up a prescription at the Palmetto Greenville office. My Doctor's assistant told me she would meet me at the curb in front of the office so I wouldn't have to limp in from my car! Now that is what I call VIP treatment!

Here is one of the best parts of the whole equation. I get the attention I need, the same day I call, time after time. Only a couple times I needed to make an appointment for less urgent needs, but I was seen within a few days.

Palmetto offers a refreshing approach to health care that is worthy of exploring!
