I worked with this agency to books a trip to Paris with family. My trip was hassle free when it came to the airline tickets, transportation to and from airport in Paris, and lodging. Will definitely use this agency again!

I went to this office about 3 weeks ago and waited patiently for 30 minutes while a couple was discussing travel plans with the agent. When it was my turn, all I needed was the best route at the best price for airline tickets from Charlotte to Nairobi for 8 people in June, 2024. This was a Monday and I was told the agent would get back to me by the end of the week.
Obviously, there is not much interest in booking only airlines and not an entire trip as it is 3 weeks later and I have not heard a peep.
My partner and I are looking at trips later to Iceland or the Galapagos and if there had been any follow up with the airline request, I would have used this agency for that trip. As timely follow up is extremely important to me and it didn't happen, I would be concerned about getting stranded someplace with no one to contact.
