Relax The Back

I purchased a high end office chair here some time ago. When it was time to replace the gas cylinder that provides lift, I found myself struggling to successfully complete the task myself. The manager of the store offered advice and suggested if needed, they would be willing to assist. Well, I ended up taking it back to them, and with zero argument, they accepted the chair, fixed it, cleaned it, and had it ready for my use the following day. I was delighted. I would never buy this type of product anywhere else. They fully stand behind their products and service.

My husband has finally found a chair that tops his beloved Perfect Chair from Relax the Back from 2007. It’s his new 2023 Perfect Chair from our Greenville Relax the Back! The two motors make all the difference. Lifting the legs higher stimulates better circulation and… the heated back cushion is the best for lower back muscle pain. He’s in heaven and I’m jealous. Lol

WOW, I have to start off with a wow! I bought my Human Touch back chair from Ashley in Greenville and I have to say, don’t go anywhere else and don’t waste your time trying to save a little money. I have a couple of small issues with my chair, the first time Ashley got involved personally, made a few calls and it was taken care of. Now just yesterday I called in and ask if there was someone that could maybe help with a technical issue. The young lady ask me to explain the issue I was having, then looked up my purchase information and explained that she would open a service ticket for me and that it might a few days but someone would reach out to me. Well, I received an email today which was a copy of an invoice (NO CHARGE) showing the parts have already been shipped, WOW. You can’t get this kind of service that Ashley and her staff offer these days.

Purchased an X-chair from Relax the Back a few months ago. The service is outstanding! There was an issue with the supplier, but the team helped make accommodations to resolve the problem in the meantime. Knowledgeable and very friendly. The chairs are definitely pricy, but I would say they are worth the price given the quality of the products and the amount of time I use it.

I love this store... when I started working from home I had a fairly generic office chair from one of the "box" office supply stores and I noticed that my back hurt every day by the end. Just WOW! We ordered a new bed (we love it) last week. It was scheduled to be delivered this week (yesterday). So we did what all new bed buyers do on the day of delivery. We took the old bed apart. And then we got a call from the store telling us that their delivery person called in sick and we'd have to move the delivery to Saturday (This was Tuesday). All I could think was great we will be sleeping on the floor for a few days (on the old mattress of course). After hearing about this team Relax The Back did something awesome. I shouldn't have been surprised, just read their reviews. One over the top customer after another. The sales floor representative Gina called back and said she was going to deliver the bed that day! Whattttt?!?!?! No one in todays world goes above and beyond like Gina did. She wasn't even our salesperson. Joan (our salesperson) actually opened the store for us on off hours so we could come in and find the right bed at a time that worked for us. I can't say enough about this team. Hidden gem for a premium bed, lounge chair and desk chair shopping experience. Joan was fantastic, extremely knowledgeable and amazing to work with. I bought a chair and definitely see myself going back for a bed and desk chair in the future. The choices, fitting process and relational selling is a big step up from wandering around a furniture store and trying to pick something out by feel while dealing with a high pressure salesperson who is only interested in the sale.

For interested readers I bought the Cozzia Qi XE pro Model: CZ-716 which is one of the most advanced chairs I have seen. Although to some people it looked like a quick purchase I have been researching massage chairs quite extensively over the past years and am aware of all the different features and technologies. You simply have to try them out to learn that it is way more than a vibrating pad. Relax the Back is a chain of stores each a local franchise. Interested readers visiting the Relax the Back website will learn that Relax the Back was started by a doctor who wanted the public to have easy access to health products and they have a lot of items to sell from ergonomic furniture to quality Tempur-Pedic mattresses (which I also recommend), to massage chairs.
