My family and I replaced our older model Minivan for a newer model at Pound Automotive and couldn't be happier with the entire experience! Our salesman Ray and the GM Chad were absolutely fantastic to work with, and accommodated our specific price point needs well with both a generous trade in value of our older minivan and coming down on price to where we needed to be with the new minivan. Southern hospitality at it's best as they made all 5 of our kids and my wife, feel very much at home in both their lot as well as the office with plentiful beverages and entertainment, while dad finishes paperwork. I couldn't recommend these folks more for those looking for great vehicles at great prices as well as being treated like family from start to finish. Check them out, you won't be disappointed!

My experience with pound was amazing. They are super nice and gave me a great deal plus it was super fast and easy. All of the financing was over the phone and e signed. Awesome family owned business that took care of me. Chad held the vehicle for the 2 hours it took me to get there, the vehicle was great and at an awesome price, paperwork took 30 minutes to complete, and Chad went the extra mile by giving me a ride from the airport so I could return my rental vehicle. Great experience! I just buy a used car there and the car is awesome! Every friend of mine love it! People there are so nice too. When I failed to call the insurance company, they help me call them and print the document for me. Also, because I will leave in 10 days after I buy my car, so I need my plate early, so I email them about this today. And Then, Chad emailed me back saying he is trying to give me today! And not only he give me the day I told them and the second day I buy my car, But also he take it to me at USC! He is so nice! If I buy another car someday in SC, I will definitely go there again. Absolutely recommend.

Chad and Glen are great people. Good, honest, Christian guys trying to make a living. I purchased a car from them a little over 3 years ago when my truck blew a motor. They were up front and honest that the cars air conditioner was having some issue at the time I test drove it and it was getting repaired by a good mechanic the next week. I have had 0 issues with this car since my purchase and the ac was repaired properly and has worked great. I know a couple folks in the automotive industry in Columbia and all of them have the same opinion; the guys at Pound are good honest people.

Chad helped us with our entire purchase. He was so kind and helpful the entire time we were there, he made us feel like family. He listened, he showed us that he really did care what we bought and if we would like it. We showed up one afternoon just to look at it and see if we liked it enough to buy it and we did. The next day I was able to bring it home. He explained everything to us so simple that we didn't overthink it too much but just enough to know what all was happening. I went from a 1998 Chevy to a 2017 GMC and it's only been a few days, but it's been absolutely amazing. I can't thank Chad enough for how much he's helped us.
