I’ve been here 2 times now and each time I’ve been super happy. This past time I went to Firestone before hand and they wanted almost 900$ to fix my heating system. I went to kemps and he fixed it for less than 400$ (come to find out the other place was trying to replace something not broken) and the time before that he fixed a bent piece of metal for like 11$. Safe to say he’s an honest guy and I definitely will continue going here

Steve has always been someone that is truly dedicated to resolving any of your automotive issues and his prices are always comparable. If you are like me and know nothing about automotive repair, Steve is always happy to answer your questions even if you think they are dumb. The staff at Kemp service centers are always professional and go above and beyond the normal everyday shop.

I had a tire plugged today.
I Called in the morning, they fit me in and fixed the tire for $27 and some change. Same day service.
Very professional guys, I will be going there in the future for any work I need.

Had a flat tire Tuesday, called after hours and he picked up. Wednesday, dropped off flat tire before work, he carried it out my car. Went in during lunch to have good tire put in and I was in/out within 15 minutes. He put my spare back in its place. My total was very affordable and he test drove it to ensure its all good. Very fast, friendly, affordable! My dang air needed light finally went away! Highly recommend this place!

My car's brakes had given out on my way to work (brake pad fell completely off). I pulled in around 7:30 to see if anything could be done. I was quoted time and dollar amount, and they had my car finished by 11 so I could get it on my lunch break. What I paid was actually less than what I was quoted. Quick, great service with decent pricing. Haven't had a problem with my brakes since.

Steve Kemp runs a good shop. Better, he has great mechanics who know what they're doing. Twice now I've taken broken cars to Steve & the boys, and both times I've had quick response, and a phone call to let me know the options. Once they sourced a used part at a 1/4 of the cost, and the total cost of the analysis, phone call, installation and testing...was half an hour.

Reliable, honest, quick response, great hours, fair pricing, and nice guys too. Kemp will get all my auto repair business in Wausau. Oh, and they open early and stay open late too..what not to like?

These guys were great. Did not try to RIP me off being female thank you..the repair on my exhaust system was going to take longer than expected, the mechanic gave me a ride so I didnt have to pay for a taxi. Repair cost $100 less than the quote and they wd40'd my squeaky door on top of it. Highly recommend them...

Had a tire puncture and they got me in very quickly. Service was speedy and I was on my way after paying a very reasonable $23.

Have used kemp’s service for years. Their ability to deal with what ever we drop on them is impressive. I needed a tire put on a rim and I called , the gentleman said , bring it on in. I didnt need an apointment or anything. So, it was awesome to get it done quik and I am very happy with the service there.

They took on a very frustrating job (needed locking lug nuts removed that had their key misplaced) and completed it quickly and for a very fair price. Would highly recommend!

Needed a new battery, they came out to my house jumped the car and I drove to the shop then they replaced the battery and cleaned the post connections for me. Reasonably priced as well and good service.

We're from out of town with a flat in winter. Steve came to our aid with an air bubble that got us to the Kemp station. New tire on for less than we expected and out in under an hour. Thanks Steve for making our vacation crisis turn into only a hiccup!
