Sales Associate- Rob was very helpful, professional and customer friendly. Rob provided more assistance than what the manager offered. Shopping for a small side chair table. I discovered with Rob that the side chair tables (2) were priced wrong and the manager didn’t seem concerned that his merchandise was marked incorrectly. Rob verified the pricing that I found was in fact Correct! I purchased the table and the manger never acknowledged or greeted me as a customer. Rob should be the manager of that store. Love the side chair table purchased for my mom!!!

My Experience here was A-1. They had living room set at my home the same day. Good Quality product, timing and customer service was amazing. Young lady sold set and delivered the same day. Went to at least 5 furniture stores this store surpassed them all. Thank you to the staff there that made the same day delivery available. I didn't get there to choose til 4pm . I decided on the chairs at 4pm they had them at my door by 6pm. You Guys are Amazing.

Great customer service, reasonable prices. I was literally in and out under 30 minutes. Salesman listened to what I wanted and made great suggestions. He also gave good advice on mattress care. Will definitely be back!!

As I walked into the store Derrick came right up to me to be of assistant. He took the time to make sure he explained everything so yhat I was clear on everything. His customer service was great. I think the knowledge he had helped out tremendously because remembering figures was no problem....that was good! I will recommend him and Sammy as Great Sales/Customer Reps.

Glad I stopped by after noticing the store as I turned out of Kimbrell’s. The customer service reps was welcoming as soon as I entered the store . Mr. Curtis assisted me with my purchase. He is such an asset to the company and his hospitality is awesome. One encounter with him and his enthusiasm would make you want to purchase everything in the store 😃. Will most definitely be back. And the prices are very reasonable.

I purchase a Couch and loveseat today that my late husband wanted us to get. The process was fast and quick. Customer service was awesome. Salesman was great as always. I love Home Decor. The gentleman who helped us greeted us when we came in. He was very helpful in finding the chest we were looking for. Good price. They wrapped it up, loaded it in our van and we were on the road. Door to door was maybe 20 minutes. Very pleasant. Great experience.

Went to the store looking for a good deal and that’s exactly what Nick provided for me and my family! Not only did he make the buying experience easy for us but he was so personable and made us feel so at ease while looking around. We will definitely be returning when it’s time for more furniture! I've shopped at Home Decor Outlets for years. Recently I've been shopping for mattresses. Due to the shipping issues there have been shortages. But there is a sales person named
Curtis at the Augusta Road store who has been great! The first time we stopped by my husband and I said his customer service will make you want to buy from him! His attitude is great! We will definitely buy from him!

After going from one store to the next looking for what I wanted.....I finally found it at Home Decor. I walked in the door and was greeted by several different people. Looked around a little bit. Then was then approached by an employee. Very kind and listened to what I was wanting and not what he was selling. All the employees seemed to care and not concerned it was their job. Very happy with the over all experience. I WILL BE GOING BACK for future purchases!!

Sammy was such a great help from start to finish. He went through the whole process for picking out my bedroom furniture, also did amazing job of loading everything onto my truck. My experience was exceedingly pleasant with Sammy providing me a safe way to get home to accommodate speed limit I needed to drive with furniture loaded on my truck. I will be going back for my kitchen and daughters furniture.

I had a very good experience! The young lady was very attentive from the moment that I walked through the door. My sale didn’t take very long. And I had been many other places and couldn’t find mattress in stock. I called my sister and she came and purchased a set as well. The value was really great!!!

The associates explained the layaway program to me & I utilized it to hold the price for my mattress set & also added a dining room table! Today, I picked up the mattress set & it was very smooth! I bought a L-Shape living room couch almost two years ago. It still looks great! The sales associates ( Chuck) were all very professional, kind,helpful. The delivery crew was nice, set-up in only a few minutes then out the door. I have sent a few people there, they seem happy with what was purchased. Will return..!!!..!!

I received excellent customer service from Sammy the store manager. I came in for a new king mattress set. Sammy was so friendly and kind and showed me several mattress to test out to see which one would be fitting for my spouse and myself.

I love this store. With the help of Nick he had us in and out of the store fast and easy. We really needed a new bed and they had everything we needed right there in the store. I had an issue with my bunk bed I purchased even though it took some time for HDO to respond to my claim, they really took care of me. They replaced my bed and credit my account. I really appreciate the manager Nick he made sure I was satisfied and stayed on top of the claims department. Great customer service.

Great customer service from everyone in the store from the time I walked in. Very good prices on furniture and nice selection to choose from. Bought living room set at 4pm and delivered before 6p. Delivery driver (Tyrone of Snow Delivery) spot on very careful unloading and setting up. Definitely will be going back in the future

These are great people at the West Columbia location. They will help you find what you need despite furniture being really limited at this time with the pandemic. One employee in particular, Curtis, just an all around great guy , very warm, sincere,and cares about his customers, not just about making a sale. All of my furniture purchases in the future will be made at this location, I trust them, and highly recommend them.
