A Perfect Storage

We are new tenants here and from the first phone call with Glenda, to the finalization of paperwork and a truck rental with Cindy it couldn’t have been more pleasant! Both ladies are very helpful and kind and it’s obvious that both have a real servant’s heart. They took time to answer any and all questions with patience and kindness. I never felt like “just another rental” as both were very welcoming and happy to have us as tenants! I will definitely recommend them to friends and family and would recommend them to anyone looking for a short or long term rental! They are just phenomenal and if I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The front desk lady, Ms Cindy made the process of obtaining my space absolutely everything. Her personality and professionalism was everything. Do business with good people - no other excuse.

Cindy was very knowledgeable and professional. She was very helpful in a stressful situation. Glenda also was very helpful and made our experience pleasant.

Thanks to Cindy for being proactive and assigning me a 15’ truck since the 10’ truck I ordered was going to be unavailable at the last minute. That size still worked for my needs and all went well. Thanks!

Cindy the manager went completely out of her way to help us with what we thought was renting a pickup truck uhaul. When we got to Cindy's location she informed us the other store messed up and scheduled us for a cargo van to pick up tomorrow. Instead, Cindy called another uhaul place and had our reservation CORRECTED AND GOT US the truck we need! Best customer service I've experienced in years! Thank you for everything and going wayyy beyond us for us!

These folks took care of us so well. Cindy in particular was just wonderful to work with. We'll come back whenever we have another storage need!

I've had the honor & pleasure to have a unit here from 3/2019. There is not enuff room here to post all of the accolades that are warranted. The Office Managers are above reproach AND go beyond the distance to assure a clean, safe & even fun-filled environment including but not limited to: seasonal decorations, covering ALL holidays!!! I actually rested better knowing that Cindy, Glenda & Danny were taking all precautions & utilizing all means at their disposal to protect my "home away from home"! A Perfect Storage is my most recommended storage facility. I run a moving company and deal with them frequently. Their prices are great! A very clean, secures, well organized facility. Absolutely ZERO security problems- I feel perfectly safe. They have climate controlled and outside storage building options with a variety of sizes available. I rent an inside climate controlled area and I like that it's got these rolling platform devices available to me if I load something into or take anything out of my rental. The 2 people up front are very professional, courteous, and helpful. The have been very attentive to any concerns or problems I may have and are available anytime I need someone. As corny as this sounds, in my opinion, this really is very close to a perfect storage facility.

Love Glenda and Cindy they are so friendly and helpful every time I’m there. If you need a storage unit or to rent a U-Haul this is a great location to work with.

The ease of getting the right size was amazing. Glenda was so helpful and friendly. The dock in which you can drive up into was extremely helpful on a rainy day. The carts are priceless. And it is a testament that the people who are leaving can't say enough good things about this place. THE PERFECT PLACE to put your things.

I have had this unit since April of 2015. The ladies in the office have been nothing but professional with me during this time. Cindy was there when I first got the unit and has been most helpful with any of my needs. I would highly recommend A Perfect Storage to anyone looking for short or long term needs.

My sister rented a huge storage unit if you could back into and it was inside weatherproof in Heating and Air so things won't get ruined. She got a special for 3 months, she's hoping not to use it any more than three months to get her furniture out of the house
