I love that the place is gated and secured. Friendly staff, manager is helpful and attentive. Property is well kept and lit. Keypad entry for protection is a must when storing your belongings. Thanks prime, y’all are great!

I had a great experience using Prime Storage. I had a unit inside that was clean, huge, climate controlled and easy to get to. I would highly recommend Prime Storage. They also have carts that were very helpful during my move. The whole process was incredibly easy.

It hit the mark with finding the correct size storage unit I needed. Along with the price I could afford, the clientele was great to work with. They helped with getting my unit setup with new keys and lock. Their kindness and expertise was incredible. I will refer Prime Storage to others.

Very clean storage spaces. It was so easy to purchase a unit online. The gentleman were very helpful at the front desk answered all my questions to ease my worries. I highly recommend them and would definitely use this place again in the future.

Looks clean and kepted up. There's a fence around the whole perimeter and video cameras at all ends. It's right next to the railroad tracks.
Stays quiet most of the time there. Seems to get almost all self service/ online.
Doesn't seem like a bad place to store your stuff.

Needed storage for about 7months and had no issues with this business. I can get in without issue and felt the security was good and never had an issue regarding that. Never met any of the staff, a lot of communication was done via email but it worked out fine. Would definitely use them again if I needed storage.

I have 2 units here. Thank you, Doreen, she was and is a great help! My first unit was filled to capacity and thanks to Ms. Doreen I was able to obtain a second unit, on the same hallway as the first one, so my movers were able to continue smoothly to complete the task at hand. Thank you!

The two front desk customer service people (Austin and the nice lady) were pleasant, prompt and very helpful. Process was Simple, easy and quick. So grateful to find a storage space safe and affordable in these challenging times 🙏🏽.

This location has the nicest, most accommodating staff I've ever experienced in the storage world. I've used storage units most of my adult life. I am 64 years old. The staff here are very helpful. The "speak" to you with a smile when you walk in. The store is impeccably clean and well stocked. The only thing that I experienced was the door leading to my inside unit jammed and I couldn't get it. The staff immediately came to assist me and took measures to see that I was granted access.

The staff (Brandee) was awesome. She really seemed to care about her job and her customers. She even suggested and alternative solution when I mentioned that I was hoping to be able to get into the unit before they opened. That was one of the main reasons I decided to go with you guys. The units looked new and were very clean. I would highly recommend.

Prime Storage on Buncombe Rd in Greenville SC is a great place to rent a storage unit! We've rented a unit there for several years and anytime I had a question or needed a solution, the management has been great a help. The rates are reasonable, the units are clean and I feel safe when I am there. The manager Doreen keeps the area clean, secure and running smoothly. Darren and Avery are so nice and helpful! The whole crew is quick to assist, always nice and really care about customer satisfaction!! Thanks for a great experience Prime Storage!
