From the very beginning they made me and my dad feel welcomed. They were friendly and knowledgeable, informed us about all our options. Even after the buy they checked in, and got me a better interest rate. On top of that they improved my free maintenance plan after the fact! Great staff!

Working with Russ Darrow Metro Milwaukee was an easy and simple experience. This was my first purchase from a larger dealership which I have always dreaded. I worked with Landen Peterson who went above and beyond to help me out, even driving the vehicle an hour to meet me for a test drive! Much of the process was done over texting/email and in todays world that is convenience at your finger tips! Not to mention he worked late two nights in a row and never felt like I was rushed in the process. At singing everyone was so friendly, the general manager introduced himself before he left for the evening. It truly felt like I was working with a friend rather than a car salesman. Landen worked to locate the color interior & exterior that I requested. My color combination was hard to find & he had to drive to the neighboring state to bring it back for me. No high pressure just very considerate. Hoping that all my future interactions with Russ Darrow Mazda will be as positive.

Peyton was very helpful and sent me pictures when I asked for them before driving to look at the car. I was in an accident where my old CX-5 was totaled and I liked it so much i wanted to buy another one. The pricing was very reasonable and definitely worth the drive to go to this dealership. Great experience! I'm not one to usually leave reviews, but with the great service we received, I had to! My parents were in the market to purchase a car for the past few months. They were open to different brands so we visited a good amount of dealerships. This was by far our best visit. The sales team is extremely knowledgeable of their cars and made sure to accommodate my parents. They were patient and ensured that we were comfortable with our deal, which we really liked. I was extremely pleased with our experience and my parents are more than happy with the deal/car that they got. I want to thank Garrett and the sales team for the wonderful experience.

I was 100% satisfied with my recent car purchase. I went in not knowing I would drive away with anything, knowing my credit wasn’t too great, but the Salesman Walter Thomas and crew was able to get me a great deal. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle with them.

I have bought 2 cars now from Chris. He is a great salesman who does as much as he can to work with a customer. I do have to say their new finance guy Justin is a miracle worker. That man can weave magic with his hands. I am so thankful for all the work these 2 men have put in to help me. I don't know what an average team can do but I do know these guys are far above and beyond your average team and I will testify to that any day.

Everyone there was SO kind! Finished in less than the estimated time. My only problem was my car needed more work than I wanted but that isn’t thrower fault. I could tell the difference in the drive. Customer service was amazing!
