I've been renting units going on 2 years now with this facility, and have had some unforeseen instances arise that caused me to fall behind in paying when payments were due. Though there were late fees understandably added, they remained in contact with me and patiently waited while I recovered to pay them before ultimately putting it up for auction like so many other places. They worked with me reach time to keep my belongings, and for that I'm grateful!!

Under new management they are still, and always will be my number one go to for all of my storage and moving needs! Friendly, helpful staff, clean grounds, reasonable prices, and well lit so that I, being a single female, feel safe going there after dark by myself. Thank you Greenville Lock and Storage for being Greenville best kept secret in storage and moving equipment rentals!!

I really like this storage facility. It's easily accessible and safe with security gates and lights. The grounds are always clean as well as the storage units, which are a generous size for the price. The manager is very professional, helpful and friendly; she always welcomes me with a smile!

I would just like to apologize to the staff here for a mistake I made with my gate code. I feel really bad. These people are very nice and understanding. Always triple check your gate code. 🙏✌

I recently switched to this facility because my last storage provider had signs of rats in the unit they tried to rent me. I was happy to see this storage company showed zero signs of pests. I recommend this facility over others in the neighborhood. The office manager was kind and courteous and was extremely helpful in regards of helping me decide which size unit i needed.

I love this place. Bree is always so kind and accommodating. Place is clean and well organized! I trust keeping my stuff here based on the management and friendly staff and how well they maintain their grounds. Thank you!
