The two women in there working 10/10/2023 were amazing they make sure they answer all of your questions and meet your needs. A very professional, very pleasant manager. An almost new UHaul truck (my luck!). Everything was perfect.

This has been the best facility I have ever stored my things in. They are kept very clean and the prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone! I'm glad I chose Comfort Storage. They have very clean facilities and reasonable prices. Leatrice provided me with best in class customer service. Went out her way to find the right storage that met my needs and was very courteous throughout the process.

Great place to store stuff, very simple process, the ladies working at the front are very friendly and willing to work with you to get you the unit you need.

I had the recent need to rent two trucks--26" and 20'. Originally for 6 days and added 2 additional days.
1. Jennifer Smith (office manager) and the rest of the office staff worked with me on the changes and were actually a pleasure to deal with.
2. Both vehicles were immaculate -- looked like the seats and inside the cab were cleaned and polished and not just swept.
3. Inside windshield and windows were cleaned and streak free.
4. Wiper fluid worked.
5. Mother in Laws attic also was clean.
When next needing a vehicle I will most assuredly go to Comfort Self Storage.
While this review may sound too patronizing it accurately reflects my very positive experience with their quality and staff professionalism

Leatrice was great and helped me with a complication when I went to pick up my U-Haul. The only problem was with the truck‘s engine(?) making a rattling/screeching sound at random points throughout my trip. Still i would definitely come back here the next time I need to rent a U-Haul.

Ms.Jennifer and Leatrice were GREAT! It was a short time frame and they were very informative, answered all my questions, and both were very nice! I appreciate those ladies!

I rented a Uhaul with Jen and the process couldn't have been easier. Jen greeted me with a big smile and good morning which you rarely find anymore. The rental office was very clean and Jen explained everything to me step by step, which is nice so you have no surprises. Thanks Jen for making my rental go smooth and I will be renting from you in the future!

Jennifer and Ashleyjean are super friendly and incredibly helpful. During my move I rented 4 units and rented a Uhaul 3 times from them. Always willing to go the extra mile to help the customer. I cannot recommend them enough. Great experience.

I am HIGHLY impressed with the sales staff here. They greet you with open arms. Melanie has the BEST personality I have ever seen. I love how she actually talks and listens with the customer.
